There are so many Peter Parker headcanons that I think is so adorable that the entire fandom (mostly mcu but also comics) just came together to unanimously agree on

For example Peter being a stress Baker??? Where did that come from? Not that I'm complaining because I can totally see him making cupcakes while crying at like midnight but what in the movies gave us this idea???

Or the fact that people took the traits of actual spiders and just slapped them on him

Like YES he does get cold easily and he can't regulate his body temperature normally, yes he does have venom glands, yes he does make web nests, yes he does have blue blood like a little freakish creature.

I LOVE SPIDER-Y PETER PARKER‼️

And god DAMN do I live for lab days, yes he DOES bond with Tony in the lab after school, and yes Tony DOES call him "his kid"

And you better BELIEVE he goes on field trips to Stark tower only to get embarrassed by all the Avengers talking about how "sweet and funny" he is

Douglas acting indifferent about the whole thing, but worries the most about Tasha after Donald

Douglas crying when holding her for the first time because he never held his own kids when they were young and he kind of regrets it now

As someone who recently got back into Mighty Med and Lab Rats (due to a youtube video essay, of course), I've been really enjoying seeing the Lab Rats posts that talk about the stuff that the characters went through and how interesting it is. There are so many little things that would have been so captivating if they had mentioned them in LR:EF. I feel like we should talk about the same for Mighty Med. Can we talk for a second about the fact that they were going to school all day and then working HOURS at a hospital?? Like, they were probably reading a bunch of medical textbooks and comics in between classes and doing their homework. They had to take care of all those patients in between doing all kinds of school projects and being attacked by supervillians, and then hide all of that from everyone. They must have been exhausted. Then, it's never mentioned??? That's such an interesting and integral part of their backstory and nobody ever talks about it. Also, I was absolutely shocked to my core when I rewatched the pilot and heard that they only get paid 100 DOLLARS A WEEK? The things that they put up with were absolutely crazy. If LR:EF had mentioned any of this or had introduced Oliver and Kaz as the tired underage medical students and given them actual character development, instead of just making Oliver a creep, it would have been 1000 times better. They could have just genuinely worked on who he is, but they chose the easy route instead.

Hm. Something to be said about how in the first season of Mighty Med Oliver is the clingy, emotional, dependent half of the Kaziver duo, but by the 2nd season the roles have somewhat switched. How in the first season Kaz was shown to truly love and appreciate Oliver, but nonetheless his carelessness has hurt him. How the first season ends with a whole arc implying Kaz is jealous of the attention that Oliver gives Skylar... then Skylar straight-up says that their [Kaz & Oliver's] "friendship" is the reason they'll never have girlfriends... then they make up & Kaz accepts Skylar into the group hug, indicating he no longer sees her as competition... Something to be said about the fact that Oliver never gets the full context of this interaction. The fact that by next season, he starts to push Kaz away more and more...
