I solidified my decision to just up and move because the vibes here are just off. I'm a little miffed seeing that FCs were stolen in my absence and I just rather start off fresh with good clean happy vibes. Though, I will not be dropping threads / moving ask over! My plans are to clean this whole place up, new url, while gutting the majority of the anime portion. I'll be focusing more on gaming, literature, show series. Baldur's Gate, Cyberpunk, along with Final Fantasy will be main focuses. Truthfully, I've just been really uncomfortable here and am in the debate of either moving once more or just cleaning it all out to rebuild again. None of the dynamics will change, I've just been tired of the unsavory nature along with headcanons, threads, ect being sniped for other people's inspo. My goal is to send out the last bit of asks then clean house!

Most of the OC’s on this blog are entwined, here are a few that have known each other through events && their storylines entwining.

The easiest known is Naoto && Isamu, the Taniguchi Clan wished to secure an alliance with the Zen’in Clan. In doing so, Isamu is the unofficial divine retainer to Naoto who in turn acts as his sponsor to assure a cushy lifestyle though the details are murky. They have known each other since youth albeit, Naoto is a few years older. Isamu is regaled as the godfather to Naoto’s children && the witness to his marriage with Tsumugi. It is unclear if they are romantic, platonic, or a secret third option. What is known is their bond is unshakeable. Out of the two, Isamu is theorized to be the more viscous which speaks on itself as Naoto was the former head of the Hei. 

Hatsuko && Naoto are bonded due to her being a Kobayashi, they are in a bitter entanglement as she dared to trample upon his namesake, spite him in the worst of manners, while harming his family. He denounces Megumi as her child for in his eyes that is a traitor’s bloodline along with the most vilest woman he has met. In youth, they were friendly to each other, Hatsuko used her beauty to manipulate him until it was too late - she could no longer be the affection of Naoto’s eye knowing he now saw her true nature.

Itsuki knows everyone, in his late 50’s, he is well known within Jushiki society. Having met with numerous figures along with being there for the births of a few. Nothing surprises him in terms of individual mannerism or personalities. 

Tsumugi and Isamu are acquainted while remaining friendly to each other, Isamu met her when she was nineteen && freshly married. They have an odd relationship that teeters sometimes on sharp due to their viewpoints on Naoto. She encourages Isamu to be close with the children while he is the one to tell her, keep them away from the other Zen’ins.

Varvara is acquainted with Tsuyu due to being a night crawler; she constantly pops into his bar for a drink then leaves behind a lofty tip. He doesn’t claim to know her as he senses she would prefer to not be known. She also knows Vincent (who is not introduced yet) due to Phantom Liberty with his involvement of Dog Town, she wants him dead, point simple. 

Naoto is like Itsuki, due to his aristocratic ties he knows everyone as well despite not wanting to. Tsumugi remains in title to be his wife along with the mother of his children, Isamu is loosely his attendant but also ex-mistress, he cannot stand Hatsuko while vowing one to kill her along with any offspring she produces.

Itsuki makes medical puns but will make a rare appearance outside the home to celebrate with his loved one, he hand carves them jewelry with a beautiful stain upon the wood. Practical, thoughtful, sentimental.

Naoto likes to give huge bouquets of flowers, expensive whiskey, roof top dates gazing at the stars.

Isamu will show up in a fancy expensive car, concert tickets, drinks are always on him of course.

Varvara has no indication of romantic notions but, she is a fun date, roller-skating, introduces you to her grandma, finds the family run eateries, dry jokes && good vodka.

Ino just wants to party, he's going to introduce you to almost all of Osaka, extremely sweet && fun guy, shows you skateboard moves.

Kaneki will brew you a fancy latte while talking about literature, slow, relaxing date.

Aerith is up to anything, she wants to see the entire city, world, all of it with you. Weaves flowers into your hair, she's happy to just be by your side.

Luanfreya will bake you an amazing cake! Umbra delivers the message with a sticker book, if your muse has a dog, dog park dates.

The constant emphasis on heroism in FFVII rebirth is making me feral. Cloud's notion of not wanting to be a hero despite having idolized Sephiroth as a child, contrasting how we know Zack throughout the timelines (OG included) as a hero. It's such a reoccuring trope in FF in general of what makes one a true virtuous person or the unlikely candidate that is forced to 'do good' or the valiant figure who succumbs despite having a pure heart.

    Nothing special to add except this is a few of the marks one would come to recognize on Naoto. His body is covered 50 percent in larger pieces that are often kept hidden, despite his jovial, playful appearance, it comes as a surprise. He has joked a few times in passing that he started within his 20's but essentially enjoyed the process that he never really stopped.

     Naoto’s aversion to mirrors solely relying on the fact as time goes on he could never look like the men in his family. Instead, he is the carbon replica of his mother who denied him once his younger brother was born. In the same scorn, he never faulted his sibling, instead often sympathizing with them greatly for their station while taking comfort in knowing as the middle he was no one. Despite his once magnificence && powerful status, he now sits on the lower ranking, none of it matters anymore.
