I went back and tried again, this time actually adjusting focus and other details on the camera. I like the progress.

First time using a “real” camera, and I misunderstood its functions completely. BUT Even forgetting to use the focus buttons on a single shot I still managed to get this one at the Bronx Zoo last week!

I just got described as an "ad hating commie" by someone because I said a minute of youtube ads is unpleasant. fully spent 5 minutes arguing and defending youtube ads. insane stuff

that time in 2002 when some random writer at 4kids was tasked with localizing the utterly incoherent second season of a series that was never released in English in the first place, and when faced with a semi-prominent side character simply named "Gazelle Man" had the inspired moment of thinking,
