the priest can see when fleabag loses herself to the performance because he can see her……he can tell the difference because he has no expectations of who fleabag is “supposed” to be he just recognizes in her parts of himself, so when she’s absent he can feel the disturbance… he’s not seeing what fleabag is showing him, he’s seeing her

I just finished Fleabag

I just... don’t know what to feel.

I’m so fucking depressed.

I mean, I really really get the ending. It’s kinda perfect in it’s own way, but after all what she has grown... it would’ve been so freaking good to see her be happy, be loved and actually enjoy love.

It’s weird, I don’t know what to feel... I’m also happy that they ended it in it’s pure gold moment, but also would love to see more of her.
