I’m normal about Ronald Speirs (lie detector goes haywire with the enormity of the lie I’m telling)

It's fascinating to read the BoB books and see these little groups inside Easy Company. Like, Buck, Toye, Malarkey, Guarnere were tight, as were Shifty, Popeye, Skinny, Smokey... Web with Christenson and Hoob, etc. Of course Winters and his Nix. These little beautiful friendships. And common thread is Luz running through all of them, everyone loved him (yet there's still so damn little written and said about him. I find it so frustrating).

the little nod eugene's father does after sid reassures them gene's going to be okay, like he totally knows his son is not coming out of this unscathed but nevertheless appreciates sid's half-truth. and then sid nodding back, like he knows it's just to offer some comfort to eugene's mom!!!

Captain Lewis Nixon and Ron Livingston as Lewis Nixon in Band of Brothers.
Many of the Easy veterans remarked at the physical likeness of the two men, and how they had done a double take at the series premiere when they saw Ron sitting beside Grace Nixon.
