Today, I was working at the kiosk, and I really enjoyed it! I feel so happy when I get the chance to help passengers with their check-in.

Sometimes, it can be challenging, especially when large families with 5 to 8 members arrive together. It gets a bit tricky to manage everything on the kiosk machine, but I’m learning and improving every day. These experiences help me grow my confidence and develop my skills.

Every day is a new learning opportunity, and I’m grateful to be part of the Cathay Pacific team!

🌟👩‍✈️Today I am so excited because I got to wear my Cathay Pacific uniform — it’s so beautiful and makes me feel proud!

I was working at QI today, welcoming passengers with a big smile. Wearing the uniform gives me extra confidence, like wings that help me fly higher.

One of my favourite parts of the shift is tagging bags for the crew members. I feel so happy and excited every time I see them arriving — it’s always a special moment for me.

Every day, I’m learning something new, and these little moments make my job even more meaningful.

Day 1

Day one done ! It was very grateful day for me. I decided to work night shift 8:30 to 1:00. In my first day of working As a customers service ambassador! In my first day I learned so many new things like bag drop and how to use kiosk ……✈️✈️
