Gokaiger was genuinely so fun from start to end ngl. I watched a few of the movies (and why is it that every time they show up post gokaiger proper, they're doing so under some sort of false pretenses? It's my jam so i'm not complaining but i have to wonder lol) and especially ten gokaiger was just. So good.

You could not cook up a movie more geared toward me if you tried. Everyone is back! Fun hijinks. Fake betrayals. Secret plans. Ahim beign the coolest. Fakeouts that made me scream at the screen because what the hell do you mean it's Actually Nothing™ after i spent the whole movie feeling sad about it. Heavy quotes that show how much they care for each other (eventually undercut by said fakeouts, rip)! Everyone staying together in the end!! (<-very important!)

Ten gokaiger was me winning Supremely™ and one of the best post canon endings to a series i've ever seen. They tend to be mostly miss and rarely a hit for me so. And they managed to do all that a full ten years later. Incredible.

Side note, but the space gavan crossover was actually so unexpectedly emotional? Just. Poetic cinema, chef's kiss, all of it. We love to see it!
