“Ah, I don’t believe her Xianzhou name is allowed to be used in public, but her Cornerstone is Amethyst. She works with public relations? She’s the one with the nice hair and soothing voice.” [The girl seemed to think quite fondly of this friend of hers.]

“My own name is Lishi Noi, I work as a supervisor in the Alchemy Commission on the Xianzhou.” [She offered her hand to shake, a pleasant smile on her face. She seems friendly enough.]

“Excuse me, are you employed with the IPC? I was hoping to get to know some of my friend’s coworkers.” [The girl wasn’t all that tall, and was dressed in Xianzhou attire and makeup. She looked to be a young adult, with striking eyes. They were green, and looked almost like they had a light pink flower surrounding the iris. How curious.]

Dr. Ratio turned to look at them, crossing his arms. "Yes, I am. Though I may not be too close to them." He studied their features, their clothing not as familiar to him, but it was quite recognizable.

"What is their name, if I may ask?"

“Getting chased by guards, getting hit by robotic birds, drinking, not to mention the obtaining of items you scam people with. There could be diseases on those things.” [I mean, yeah I wouldn’t trust him in making great decisions on where he gets his junk either]

Why do cycranes seem to get so messed up around him?]
