The Losers’ Club: Origins - “Sleepover”

Headcanons:

- they always wind up spending every Friday night at the Denbrough house and Georgie always bugs them about everything but they’re always really sweet with him.

- Bill has cable and MTV. Richie and Eddie love this.

- Richie always tries to get everyone to play truth or dare and he always dares Stan and Bill do kiss hoping that someone will dare him to kiss Eddie, but they never do…

- this resulted in Stan and Bill giving each other their first kiss some time ago, but it’s almost a weekly occurrence now so they don’t think twice about it really.

- but neither of them can stop thinking about it.

- Bill always stresses to make sure there’s plenty of ice cream and ice cream toppings stocked before the boys get there.

- Bill’s parents always let him order pizza and leave the boys to themselves.

- Stan never takes his socks off. His toes get cold. Bill has a thing about socks/shoes on/in his bed, but he makes the exception for Stanley.

- Richie sleeps in his underwear. He’s usually dressed for bed by dinner time.

- Eddie is about the only one to remember to brush his teeth before going to sleep.

- they make popcorn and watch scary movies the rest of the night.

- Stan is fine with the scary movies (as long as Bill is there to cuddle him), but he won’t let the gang play with the Ouija board or “light as a feather, stiff as a board.” No boards for Stanley that don’t end in “onopoly” (which he OWNS at)

- Bill is always the last to fall asleep and first to rise.

- Richie is always the first to crash and last to wake up.

- somehow Richie and Eddie always tend to find the same sleeping space.

- Richie snores.

- Eddie always wakes up being spooned by Richie. He tries to stay asleep as long as he can.

- Stan and Bill spend most mornings birdwatching.

- once Eddie woke up early and saw Bill and Stan coming out of the shower together. He never said anything to anyone until they were open about their relationship.

- Bill, Stan and Eddie can all appreciate a healthy and balanced cereal for breakfast. Richie goes for cold, leftover pizza.

- after cartoons and cereal the kids bike around town and get dirty and try to stay out of trouble (which Richie makes next to near impossible), and usually end up staying Saturday night as well, though Stan sometimes has to go to Shabbat if he misses the Friday night service.

- the Losers’ favorite movie to rent and watch and rewind and rewatch all weekend? Stand By Me.
