The usefulness of juice-treatment for some common diseases are numerous e.g. cleansing the body, expelling toxic & other harmful elements from the body, prevent degeneration of the body and procure ingredients necessary for the reformation and regeneration of body cells. That is why either independently or in conjunction with other modes of treatment juices gives sure benefits in almost all diseases. Discover all the sushi here. There are several definite reasons for the cause of diseases over and above improper food-habits. A disease can't completely be cured unless such reasons are warded off or prevented e.g. if one is under the treatment for cold but continues taking cold eatables, or does not protect oneself from violent cold winds and rain, it's not possible to get cured. Juice-treatment does not claim to be the only remedy for every disease. It's a fact which can be well understood that in the cases of some diseases & especially when it's a serious one, one has to take the help of other therapies.

Any advice for a noob wanting weight loss?
Hi!
New to juicing, around 40lb overweight.
How do I start?
Any recipes particularly good for weight loss? How many juices per day? How long should I do it for?
I’ve done a lot fasting but never done a juice fast.
Bought a second hand juicer from Facebook and can’t wait to use it!

Juicer that is easy to use and clean?
Hi all, My grandma is struggling with diabetes and needs to change her diet. She can't eat solids anymore and my grandpa has been making veggie juice to help her. Unfortunately, their current juicer is really hard to clean and his eyes aren't very good anymore. We are in Canada and they are in China so it makes trying to help them very hard. I was wondering if anyone knows a juicer that is easy to use and clean. I will test beforehand and also film instructional videos for them but wanted to ask for any advice or direction first. Thanks so much in advance!

Completed my 30 day juice fast
I finished my 30 day annual juice cleanse and feel amazing. I lost 16 lbs and 7 inches total from everywhere. I have lost more in the past but I have a pcos diagnosis and its very hard for me to lose any weight at all and the only exercising I did was walking and gardening. I do not juice just to lose weight but as a way to help reset my digestive system and attitudes towards food. Its so nice giving your mind and body a rest from preparing, planning, cooking, and eating food. I am so much less bloated and can finally fit in some things I havent been able to wear in a while. I love juicing and this solid food vacation was very needed and healing for me but I am so excited to have some fruits and veggies today. I am looking forward to continuing to have a healthy and positive mindset towards what I consume and whats best for me and my health + body :)

Vegetables / sugar content?
I keep reading that even juicing vegetables releases a lot of sugar and you should be careful. I’m prone to IR and want to juice vegetables only. I stick to mainly green - kale, cucumber, celery, parseley, coriander, but sometimes throw in a carrot or beet. I also use fresh tumeric and fresh ginger.
Should I be concerned about sugar content?

Best juicer for smooth greens and a small kitchen?
I’d love to start juicing leafy greens to get vitamins into my fussy preschooler. She hates lumpy textures so I need a juicer that will create completely smooth juice. This is hard to do with greens. Also I have very little cupboard and bench space.
Can anyone recommend a compact juicer? Wondering if any of the NutriBullet varieties would do the trick?

3 day juice cleanse messed up my gut health.
Long story short, I had food poisoning about a month ago and ever since, was experiencing weird stools (such as visible mucus and at some point it looked like blood), so I decided to try a 3 day juice cleanse to detox. Unfortunately, after I finishing my cleanse, I have not been able to eat very much, I have been very nauseous, have random generalized stomach pains, and I don't have regular bowel movements because of this. I went to urgent care and the ER, got blood work done and a CT scan and they said everything looked normal. After feeling hopeless, I went to a GI specialist who told me it sounds like my stomach wasn't fully healed and then I went on to do a juice cleanse which has acidic drinks, irritating my gut even more, causing further inflammation. Has anyone else every experienced this? I was recommended by Dr's to get a colonoscopy to make sure but my appointment is a month out. I started pre and probiotics and have felt they have started to help a little but I still experience nausea and can't eat as much.

Where should i buy juice?
I plan on going for a juice cleanse for one week. This’ll be my first time doing a cleanse. I dont want to buy a juicer, as this will kind of be a once a year deal. But where should i buy bottled juice for this? Is amazon a good place ? Thanks
