˚*̥❀ my fasting tips ❀*̥˚
just a collection of things that helped me to fast for 85 hours (3.5 days) and lose 5.5lbs!
take magnesium for breakfast
diet coke / zero calorie drinks (coca cola zero is my lifesaver!!)
green tea helps against fatigue
make some vegetable broth if your cravings get unbearable, it’s close to zero cals and very filling (i decided that it won’t break my fast)
get the LIFE app and check your progress whenever you feel like breaking your fast
take walks (it gets you away from food, reduces the hunger feeling and burns extra cals)
distract yourself!! scroll through tumblr or tiktok, crochet something, read a book or get some work done
for motivation: go shopping (you don’t even have to buy anything if you’re broke like me) or try your own outfits and imagine how much better they would look on you after your fast :)

Just think about how amazing you will look. You will be the skinniest in your class. You won’t need to compare yourself to skinny people in the street. You won’t need to worry about fitting through tight gaps. You will be the one waking through with ease. Everyone will be so jealous of you. You will become thinspo. Don’t you want to become thinspo? Don’t you want clothes to look good on you? Don’t you want to set the standards? You could become the person people look up to for weightloss. Everyone will ask you “how did you lose so much weight so quickly” and guess what you can respond. “I have control”. Unlike those others you will be the one to actually have self discipline. Don’t let yourself down now you’ve done way to far. Be the one everyone will envy. Workout. Now.

Why to keep going
• your face looks better when you’re thin
• you won’t be the biggest from the family
• you won’t feel like people are judging you when you eat
• you can wear jeans and not be bloated after few hours
• you’ll feel more fragile and delicate instead of loud and greasy
• when you come to your hometown for Christmas, people will be surprised when they see you
• your boss will be jealous because you did it and she didn’t
• you can finally wear clothes that you want because now you cannot fully embrace your style because you’re fat

Any tips for us to stop eating
Recently i've been doing "starving counts". I count every time i'm hungry or my stomach growls. The next day I try to keep up with the number or make it higher.
and here is a list of things i do -almost- everyday:)
drink water (ofc) and before eating ANYTHING eat ice
if you cant help it and binge, look at yourself in the mirror while you eat
sometimes touching the food with my bare hands helps. just imagining that greasy food being one with my body makes me wanna vomit, its disgusting
i weight myself about 4 times a day, if you can´t do this, then look for small clothes and use them as a reference
and the rest its just selfcontrol.

Wow… look at you once again tempted to binge, skipping workouts, and throwing up your food once again. You look disgusting. You can’t even stick to your fast and your face is fat. No wonder why you can feel your rolls when you walk. You can’t even stick to a fucking fast either. Stop the excuses, your family looks at you weird because you’re constantly stuffing your face, your brother used you as a reason to not stuff his face because you’re so disgusting and now your family is wondering how fast it’s gonna be until you’re 200 pounds again. You’re a failure so suck it up until you’re not again

I’ve hit a plateau where I’m fluctuating between 155-154 (I just got my hair done so that added 2-3 lbs (I’m black)) but either way I haven’t made any progress, I used to be around 146 during the school year but now I’ve been on a binge purge cycle ever since. Now I’m upset because my friend keeps on triggering me by bragging about how easy the workout is or saying how she only eats one meal a day, constant calorie mentions, saying how her family tells her to eat, and only eating like half of her plate and complaining that she’s full and it seems like she’s fucking proud of this shit and now I don’t know what to do. I keep binging and I’ve started sh again and it’s all just such a fucking mess and idk what to do. If I start fasting I’ll lose my metabolism and I ad least want to get to my first gw before I do that but honestly nothing is helping, I can’t stick to diets, I can’t starve, I keep on having binge urges, and everything keeps on going wrong in my life, atp I just want to hurt myself so bad to the point where everyone finally understands what I’m going through. Nobody cares, nobody understands, so I need to make them care

you binged? that is totally okay, sweetie. remember, there is always tomorrow, today will be the past soon, so maybe some good old skin-care and comfy clothes for now, okay? maybe it will relieve some of that stress and cure the boredom.
you failed a diet? me too. but i know that i can always restart tomorrow. with a fresh mindset and mistakes you will not repeate. maybe do yourself an own diet, your personal one. it will be fun i promise !
you don't feel like working out? that's not a shame, honey. no one has an energy 24/7. that person you watch on youtube that is training? they also have days, when they just want to lie down and sleep. sleeping also burns calories, so don't feel miserable when your fit bit or apple watch tells you half of the calories you burned today.
you are not a shame. you are a valid human being. you deserve everything you desire. and with a bit of work, you'll get it. pinky promise
