Ryan Guzman cast for season 4 of PLL

This hottie, who played in Step Up: Revolution, has been cast in season 4. He plays Jake, Aria's patient, insightful and sensitive martial arts instructor.

Oliver Godslick confirmed that Aria is trying to move on from Ezra. Maybe Jake will provide a distraction ;) Also, he's her martial arts instructor? Maybe Aria decided it was time to learn to defend herself with A getting more ruthless all the time.

Who do you think killed Ali, or do you think shes alive?

At this point we are definitely leaning towards her being alive! You have to wonder who the body was that was found though. Either they are doing the twin thing and that explains the body, or it wasn't Ali or a twin and evidence was tampered with at the police station.

Oliver Goldslick interview with TV Guide

Can Alison be back from the dead or are you definitely saying she's either dead or alive?

We're not doing a supernatural show. We've always tried to ground things so that there is a rational and legitimate reason you did see somebody, whether they were medicated, whether they were asphyxiated — we always had something that would at least allow for a vision. Last night we went the farthest we've ever gone because we wanted to. We feel as a writing staff that the audience has been suspicious of this for some time and we wanted our girls to catch up and have this dialogue. The audience has been saying, "That girl is not dead, that girl cannot be dead!" so it's time that our four girls said, "What the hell is going on? If in fact she's not dead, why would someone who's tormenting us be saving us?" The paradox is mind-blowing. So we're going into Season 4 with, is she or isn't she? Only the air-traffic controller knows for sure.

I've questioned this before, could Alison have a twin?

We're not exploring that. But we are exploring Mrs. DiLaurentis returning to Rosewood. She comes back and inhabits the house and her agenda for why she returned is intriguing and peculiar.

Will her son Jason (Drew Van Acker) return with her?

Not right away, no.

So is Mona working with the girls now?

Well, yes, [although] Mona remains a vicious little dumpling. They all have their feelings about her and that's not going to go away. It's a spectrum: Hanna has a soft spot for Mona and I don't think Spencer has any soft spot for Mona. But Mona is targeted in a big way at the beginning of Season 4 so it's a very uncomfortable, bizarre situation where she's suddenly an adjunct to the PLLs and they have to accept her into the circle. Some will say, "Why not accept her when she has so much insight? If she is indeed working for somebody, why wouldn't we want to keep her close?"

Why introduce another character to the mix with Shana (Aerial Miranda)?

With Shana we wanted to do the twist to show her alliance to Jenna (Tammin Sursok) and then she will be a Liar where we can look back and go, wait a minute, were her overtures to Paige all premeditated to get to Emily?

Speaking of Paige (Lindsey Shaw), when will we see her again?

She's very much in the first four episodes, in a big way.

Aria and Ezra (Ian Harding) broke up again. (Tear!) Will they remain so when we return?

She's got to move on. We wanted to give them a new obstacle and not just him being her teacher, but the idea that he's tethered to a family and he has adult issues most 17-year-olds don't know how to deal with or are even equipped to deal with those questions. So that was the change in their relationship and once Malcolm was kidnapped, she realized she couldn't play this game anymore. She had to remove herself. So he'll be back in school, he'll be in the halls, he'll be in front of the chalk board, but she has to move on and so does he.

Can you say if Spencer (and viewers) can for sure believe Toby's A-Team explanation?

Yes, he was genuine. But Toby is going to surprise people because he's going to be sucked back into the vortex of A. A is going to know something about Toby's past that is going to be emotionally wrenching and is going to pull him back where he doesn't want to be and doesn't have a choice.

Finally, what can you tease about what the girls saw in that trunk in the last scene?

It's a game-changer for our girls and Hanna is the one who will suffer for it the most. She pushed that car in there, with Aria's help, but Hanna is the resident lobster next season because A is going to chill, kill and grill her.

From what we can gather from all this, thus far:

Oliver claims they aren't exploring the twin option right now. That answer is just vague enough that he can flip the meaning if they introduce a twin later, since they aren't exploring it right now.

Mrs. DiLaurentis will be returning to Rosewood with a hidden agenda.

Jason will be back. Guess this means he isn't one of the deceased [hopefully]

Paige will return, in a BIG way. Not sure if we like the sound of this. Sketchy much?

Ezra and Aria will still be broken up and trying to move on in season 4 *tear* There have also been rumors of a love interest casting for Aria. [there will be a post on that later]

Toby was genuine in his explanation of his part in the Ateam. Sounds like he will be forced to succumb to the dark side though. A STAYS blackmailing someone. sheesh

Whatever [or whoever] is in that trunk will be a game changer for the girls. I believe it will hit Hanna the hardest because it was her idea to push the car in the lake and something tells me there was a person locked in there that ultimately drowned due to her antics.

Andy's tweets since the Halloween Episode

Andy also cleared this up from the Halloween episode, tweeting, "There is no joker... the costume that attacked Spencer was The Queen of Hearts... you know, like Mona's favorite playing card

When asked to give a clue as to the next episode of S3, 3x14 She's Better Now, Andy tweeted, "Love danger hotness gay scary night wheels"

When asked whether there will be a Wrencer kiss in 3B, Andy tweeted back, "I would not rule out the possibility, but this is always my rule"

 when asked for hot Wrencer in 3B, Andy tweeted back, "is there any other kind?"

when asked when Paily will "I love you" to each other, Andy tweeted this major clue, tweeting, "one them says those words in 320"

When asked if the S3 finale would be as terrifying as the Halloween episode, Andy tweeted, "scary. In fact, I think 3b is the scariest run of episodes the show has ever done."

Andy gave us this information about the winter premiere, tweeting, "well... there is a really creepy scene on a bed."

Hello Followers

I will be posting updates on what we know so far that is ahead for Pretty Little Liars. We have a tendency to not get up here alot when PLL is not being aired. As running a blog is a lot of work sometimes it is nice to get a break.

I totally agree I may be wrong but I think they just want us to believe Ezra is suspicious. Ezra as of right now has a whole storyline to himself that is going on, to add him into the mix of the a-team would be bad timing..plus after Toby being revealed it would be too soon to upset another ship..now for us to figure out what is going on with him is another issue haha...I am thinking the body bag ice and drinks were already in the coffin and it was just rolled up there, the people in charge of the party wouldn't have found that out of character

HOKAY SO. The PLL Halloween special happened, and now there are lots of anti-Ezra theories floating around, mostly based around the fact that he drove up from “the end of the line” along the tracks to find the train. For the uninitiated, the town/school had a swanky Halloween party on a train...

The night when Spencer and Ali argue  which is the night she went missing there are two things Spencer say's that are similar if not exactly the names of two upcoming episode's

Spencer makes a comment about how Ali can't treat them like puppets

Alison replies with "But you are don't you see that, you don't exist without me"

Spencer then says "Really Ali then tell me this what is a leader without any followers because the question isn't whether we will exist without you or whether you will exist without us and as far as I am concerned your already dead to me!
