[ID: 6 nearly identical digital drawings featuring the artist’s upper half, a light-skinned bigender man/woman with straight medium hair, a stubble, duckbill hat and tie, waving a flag, with each image’s flag representing a different lgbt+ identity. The first 3 also include a simplistic, colored background with striations leading up to the artist, and words at the bottom which read “I HEART BEING (blank)”, each blank filled in with a respective identity. In the order of left to right, each identity represented by the flag and replacing the blank is: Asexual, Quoiromantic/ Greyromantic/ Aromantic, and Bigender. The bottom three follow the same order. End ID]
Happy Valentines day, taking today to celebrate the love of who I am :]

[ID: A digitally drawn comic about being Bigender and answering common questions, featuring a light-skinned, thin person with medium-length straight hair, a beard stubble, duckbill hat and tie.
Transcript: Howdy! My name is Al, and I’m Bigender! What’s Bigender? “Bigender” is a nonbinary identity defined as being two genders- whether it’s simultaneously, fluidly, or partially.
Q: Do the two genders have to be “girl and boy”? ‘Course not! I’m both a man n a woman, but not every bigender person is! That’s not what defines us! We can be a combination of ANY two genders!
Q: Do bigender people have to have two names? Or two sets of pronouns? Nope! This may be the case for me, but others might not follow this pattern! It’s really up to the individual! (Anyone can have any amount of names or pronouns that they want- it’s a matter of preference, not gender).
Q: What about presentation? Once again, a matter of preference! We can dress, act, and enjoy whatever we want- and this doesn’t negate the validity of our gender. For example, I’m pretty masculine all around- but I’m still as much of a girl as I am a boy!
Some extra info! You may recognize this [image shows a flag with 7 stripes, going in the top to bottom order of dark pink, light pink, lavender, white, lavender, light blue, and dark blue] as the most popular bigender flag, but the creator has since been revealed to be a transphobe/ abuser/ just a bunch of other nasty stuff. Here’s the second most popular flag, and the one I used throughout this comic! [image shows a 5 striped flag, with the top to bottom order of pink, yellow, white, purple and blue].
Thanks for reading! And if you have any questions, don’t be afraid to ask! Insta: a_sea_revolution / twitter: Isobud2. End transcript and ID]
