“I actually haven’t met one till tonight..” The brunette spoke still in shock of the situation.
“I never would have thought that werewolves would have been such an issue… I’ve never had a problem with them before, myself…”

Talia nodded her head agreeing that its best to go to a infirmary to get looked by a physician. “Here.” she said weakly with her hand placed over her lower abdomen.
She wondered if her baby is fine, the brunette was worried then she thought - would it be that bad if her baby was gone? This could meant that she didn’t have to look for Brynden, and since she was in Adbera she could start finding a husband.

The brunette nodded along as the lady explained what the fabric was, she guess that with that amount of knowledge on fabrics she should be the shopkeeper of this fine establishment. Talia who was still holding on to the qiviut placed it down next to a pile of assorted fabrics, “I’m not looking for anything in particular.” She smiled to the lady, keeping the fact that she might not even have enough money to stay inn for a week in this town. Everything in the capital is more expensive than she thought. “Sorry to have waste your time, the fabric is indeed interesting.”
“It’s called qiviut, and it actually comes from an ox. I can only get it from one weaver in Zagoré, but it’s durable and warm without being scratchy like wool.” She smiled proudly, always happy to brag about the things in her shop. “Were you looking for anything in particular? Need something special made?”

Recognizing the master at arms was a relief to the witch. Thanks to the faerie she could finally move out of the unconformable position. “Thank you.” Talia said as she tried to wiggled out of her position but only managed to move a few inches before the pain kicks in.
The brunette’s mouth was closely compressed to stop herself from shouting she did not noticed that there were bruises and cuts on her face and hands but with her palms on the ground she touched onto puddle of blood. The brunette’s first reaction was to check if anyone around her was bleeding because if it is - that meant that she was okay. However the blood was around her and her hand went on top of her belly. “My ba- aby.” She stuttered.

Panic
It was sudden panic and chaos, everyone started running and screaming and the brunette was too slow to realize what was happening, all she could remember was claws, fangs and b l o o d . Talia was lying on the ground passed out and when she came awake, the once grand ballroom looks like a hurricane just passed through. Some tables flipped and chairs thrown into windows, beautiful drapes were torn and fallen. There were people bleeding out, screaming for help and others were silent. The brunette thought that they would most likely be dead but she could help the others in pain with the healing spell that she has nearly perfected after years of practicing in secret on animals.
The witch tried to move from her position but failed to do so as her leg was trapped by fallen tables which was too heavy to lift by herself and whenever she tried, there was a sharp pain coming from her abdominal area. She heard footsteps headed in her direction and decided to call out to the passer-by; “Please help!” whoever was attacking should have fled.

The witch nodded, she knew not to force the vampire into doing or into situations that would be uncomfortable for her. "Of course Lucy.” She said agreeing not to go back to the guards and wondered who did she had her eyes on. Talia guessed that it has to be the same person because that smile that she showed earlier on tonight, it was showing on her face again. “Who’s the lucky person?” She asked the vampire curiously hoping that she could share.
“No.”, she said quickly to Talia, reaching out to touch her arm, “That’s alright. I will learn it another time perhaps. I’m not too.. keen on him anyway. I might already have my eyes set on another” Lucy flashed a toothy grin, eyes bright with thoughts of Lionel.
#c:lucy#tkr:tnom#let's split and meet up after the werewolf mess#after talking about Lionel of course.

The brunette nodded her head as she listened to the lady in awe in how she carries herself with such grace and poise. It did not occur to Talia that the lady in front of her was trying hard to play the role of a sophisticated lady. The girl knew that it would be hard for her to make her mark in this captial, perhaps she stood a chance if she tries to blackmail Brynden - thinking that he is a lord - who she is currently searching for in this huge city.
The brunette taking a last bite of the ham on her plate, swallowed down her food and replied to the Lady Aurora’s question; “Every woman wishes for people to know their presence.” Putting her plate down on the table she contiunued; “As do I.” she gave a soft chuckle before ending her statement; “I just hope that when people speak of my name it would be of something good.” Talia would try her best to make the people around her remember that she is either the victim or the innocent when she is actually the opposite.
Aurora attempted to maintain an air of calm beauty at all times, but she feared this, most recent test, had caused that to fail. She could only be thankful that Talia either did not notice, or was in a similar position. She still did not know the woman’s birth. “I fear it was less caution.” she said with a light smile, “And more disinterest. they had the strange disposition of being perfectly happy with their lives. Such an attitude leaves no reason for coming to court. I was lucky to be allowed to come myself.” The best mask, Aurora had learnt long ago was one that partly revealed the face. Aurora smiled at the compliment, “I do hope so. I have tried to make my mark. What about you? Do you wish for your name to spread through court?”

She gave Anastasia a giggle as she understood what she meant, men were all the same just with different packaging and that’s how they pull people in. The brunette wondered why the songstress was not a fan of the capital, Talia has not been there and wanted to keep an open mind but it would be great to learn more about it before stepping into a foreign city. “I hope too.” She gave a nod to the blonde, “If you don’t mind me asking why aren’t you a fan of the capital?”
“It was more what he didn’t do that bored me, it is fairly easy to catch my interest but so very hard to hold on to it” Anastasia admitted. “Unfortunately I will not be travelling to Abdera, it is my personal preference that I do not perform there as I’m not a fan of the capital but there are many people who love it so I’m sure you will have a splendid time.”

Placing the fabric she had on hand down and picking up the other handed to her by the lady, her eyes lit up. “Wow it feels amazing. What is this material?” Talia asked the brunette not knowing if she is the shop keeper or just another customer like herself.
Blythe smiled, walking over to the girl, grabbing a bit of fabric off of one of her tables, a scrap of fabric from a cloak she had been working on. “I you think that is amazing, you ought to feel this. A million times better. More expensive, but worth it.”

Seeing the red head getting all flustered was a little amusing for the witch for she had not gotten use to this side of the vampire. Remembering when they first met she was a little unstable and upset, the witch gave Lucy a smile as she continued talking, “No!” Talia suddenly spoke, “Don’t go away, just-” she paused and thought about it wondering if they both should go up to the guard or she could go on Lucy’s behalf.
“If you go back again it might seem like you’re interested in him and if you avoid the guard he might feel like he had done something to offend you.” The brunette explained what she thought of the situation to the vampire, “It’s alright not knowing his name anyway but if you want to know, do you want me to head over and ask on your behalf?”
“Gods, no. I didn’t.”, Lucy looked a bit devastated, thinking that she’d somehow failed at this flirting practice. “Should I go back? And ask again?”, she asked Talia, looking very much like a scared little girl, “Would that be alright? Or should I just forget this whole thing ever happened and move very very far away?”

Talia was walking in a daze along a road thinking when was the last time she had rested, carrying a child was not easy-- not for her at least. Unconsciously she followed the sound of a man humming and snapped out of her daydream when she heard his voice. The brunette walked towards the man who had a book in his hand, “It’s just me.” she replied wanting no trouble from the man.
I Know Places || Open
The sun that had been beating down on his face only moment before had suddenly given way to a cool breeze that whipped through the trees, he opened his eyes to see that night had fallen. He stood from the spot beneath the trees where he’d been reading and pulled his boots back onto his feet, humming softly to himself when he heard the sound of someone around him. He might have brushed it off as paranoia if he didn’t feel a shiver run through his bones, he turned quickly. There were people who would be quick to see him dead if they ran into him in a place like this, the man stinking of meats and wine whose name he could not remember came to mind. He called out, “who’s there?”

The brunette, new in town was visiting the stores. Compared to the stores back in her little hometown - it looks like they have everything here. “The fabric feels amazing don’t you think?”

The girl gave a laugh, “What did the poor fellow do to bore you?” Talia decided to lie to the singer, not telling her that she was searching for someone. “No particular reason, I've heard about Abdera and always wanted to visit the town. I do hope that the men in Abdera would be more to your liking.”
“There was one that managed to catch my eye but he turned out to be a terrible bore, I hope to have more luck in the next city” Tazia half joked with a wink. “Ah Abdera, any particular reason or just for enjoyment? You know I’m not entirely sure, I just tend to go wherever they call for me.”

Talia watched while the vampire talked to the handsome palace guard she gave the red head a smile when she returned to her side, before asking her how was it like the vampire seemed flustered. “You did well!” Talia gave Lucy a friendly nudge, “Did you not see how he was flirting back at you?” The witch giggled, she had not have such fun during her travels alone. “Did you get his name?” The brunette asked.
Lucy smiled at her then, finding the confidence to stride up to the palace guards, choosing the tall blonde one she thought has a rather.. cute face. She blushed and bumbled about in front of him for a few minutes before returning to her friend Talia.
“How on earth can you do such a thing? It was so… ridiculous. I felt so ridiculous!”

The brunette's face showed clear sign of disappointment but she gave a smile to the man, "I'm sure you're a good teacher as I might make a great pupil." She debated if she should try to persuade the man to tutor her on how to fight defend herself as it might come handy in the future, "Well, if you teach me, you could use this as a refresh on the basics." The girl took a small sip from her cup, the wine now in room temperature. It was not pleasant to drink and she was thinking of spilling the cup to avoid drinking it.
|| Talia & Cedric
Cedric’s eyebrows lifted in an expression of surprise and curiosity. Although he knew the threat of danger lurked in the shadow of every night, Cedric couldn’t fathom why exactly a young woman like Talia would actually need to use such a weapon. His smile was wrought with tension when he looked back to her. “I’m actually quite a terrible teacher,” he said before turning back to his cup and taking a long drink. He knew she would likely have a look of disappointment at his rejection, but Cedric couldn’t do anything more than hold a weapon himself at the moment. His training with Seren was slow in progress, riddled with frustration as he was forced to use his left hand.

Talia observed the lady's actions and tries to mimic as closely as she could. She picked up food in small portions and place them nicely around the plate. The brunette nodded her head, "I would see why your parents had to act carefully here." She said looking around the ballroom, even though this is a festive night the girl feels pressured. "I'm sure your parents would not wish to accidentally offend another nobel in the kingdom." Talia gave a soft giggle, "I'm sure others would regonize you now, how could they not?" She gave a subtle praise to the lady on her beauty.
Auror often avoided eating in public, she was extremely aware of her inability to learn the proper courtesies when dining, courtesies that had been drilled in those who surrounded her, “It does,” She tried hovering back, but was painfully aware that her companion was doing the same. Oh well, she thought, How badly can i act at a buffet? She moved forwards, reaching for a small collection of food, feeling a deep need to explain her reserve. “My parents were both rather shy. Neither would engage publicly very often. I was barely recognized when i recently arrived at court!”
