~ LOW CAL | Oatmeal-Banana Cookies Recipe ~
Time needed: 20-25 minutes
Calories: 21 calories per cookie / 4 cookies
What you need:
50g oats
½ medium banana
Cinnamon
Sweetener
How to:
1. Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with the oats, cinnamon and as much sweetener as you feel best.
2. Form four cookies on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180°C | 356°F for 15-20 minutes.
You can also use applesauce instead of bananas, then each cookie has 17 calories!! You can also add nuts if you’d like!

Chocolate Kiwi Pops!
Makes 4 Kiwi Pops…
Kiwi – peel and cut into 1 inch thick rounds, with a lolly pop stick in each round. Freeze on a tray in the freezer.
4 pieces of dark chocolate (organic) , place in microwave for 1 minute checking every 15 seconds to stir the chocolate so it don’t burn.
Dip each Kiwi-pop into the chocolate mixture (it will immediately turn crispy) and place on a tray to refreeze.
Kiwi = 44cal
4 Pieces Organic Dark Chocolate 70%, (Green & Blacks) = 80cal
Total Calories per 4 Servings = 124 calories.

🍝100 Calorie VEGAN “Cheese” Shirataki🍝 1 pkg shirataki noodles (20) CHEEZ SAUCE ½ tsp lemon juice (0) 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (40) ½ tsp garlic powder (4) ½ tsp turmeric (4) ½ tsp ground black pepper (0) ½ tsp salt (0) ¼ tsp chili powder (2) ½ tsp onion powder (4) ¼ cup cashew milk (6) 1. Boil a pot of water 2. Once boiling, strain and rinse Shirataki noodles and cook for 2 minutes 3. Meanwhile, mix dry ingredients 4. Mix cashew milk and lemon juice 5. Pour wet mixture into dry 6. Stir 7. Heat in a saucepan for a minute once pasta is cooking 8. Put shirataki noodles into saucepan and stir 9. Enjoy

~ LOW CAL Mini Pizza Muffin Recipe ~
Per Muffin: 40 calories | 1g Protein | 4g Carbs | 2g Fat (24 servings)
Time needed: 35-40 minutes
What you need:
~ 2 tablespoons olive oil
~ 2/3 cup finely chopped onion
~ 2/3 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
~ 1/3 cup whole-wheat flour
~ 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
~ 2 tsp baking powder
~ 1 ½ tsp chopped oregano or ½ tsp dried oregano
~ 1 tsp sugar
~ 1/4  tsp garlic powder
~ ¼ tsp salt
~ 1/3 cup lowfat milk
~ 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
~ 1 egg beaten
~ 2 tbsp tomato paste
How to:
1. Put oil in a pan and fry onion and bell pepper until it’s tender, about 5 minutes and then let it cool. Preheat oven to 200°C and spray a muffin tray with anti-stick spray.
2. Mix together the flour, baking powder, oregano, garlic, sugar and salt and whisk it.
3. Slowly stirr milk, feta cheese, the egg, and the tomato paste to the onion mix. Make a little hole/well in the dry ingredients and carefully stirr the wet ingredients into it until everything is combined.
4. Fill the prepared muffin cups with the mixture and bake 13-15 minutes until they are lightly browned. Let it cool for 5 minutes and serve!
