I want a classic tmnt fic where the boys get kidnapped by scientists for studying but the scientists actually follow proper experimental regulations so it’s an overall pleasant experience :)

YESS!! I was also thinking about how the EPF would need to be federally funded to do all these crazy shenanigans, so they would of course need approval from various committees (ex. if you go the animals rights route you have protocols set by IACUC that you HAVE to follow to keep your funding)

God now I'm imagining all of the inspections and board meetings and set up needed before an experiment is even approved, no wonder Bishop gets so pissed when the turtles escape 😭
