Please try not to give me TOO much info. Keep your descriptions manageable, I know you’re super proud of your OC or favorite character, but I’m just drawing them for you. If I want to read their entire backstory I’ll ask for it. (Example) instead of saying “Her hair was long and flowing like a river, and as blue as one too” Just say “long, wavy blue hair”

I.Commission Rules

I hold the right to refuse service, and will not deal with rude or difficult clients. If I decline your commission it is likely to do with the content, or the way you acted. I also may not have the time to focus on completing commissions at the time.

II.Do and Don’t

Anything not mentioned below is either forgotten about or negotiable

III.Disclaimer

If you happen to want adult pieces, I will need to have some verification of age. This will be unnecessary if I know you IRL, due to the fact that I’ll already know your age. If you are commissioning me online for a NSFW piece, I will have to have a 1 minute long skype call to confirm your age and your form of Identification next to your face. If this makes you uncomfortable you can either commission someone else, or wait until you can visit me at a convention.

V. Work Speed

I WILL ATTEMPT TO FINISH YOUR PICTURE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, DUE TO VARIABLE THE ETA MIGHT CHANGE. PER USUAL I MIGHT NEED 3-7 DAYS TO FINISH A PIECE, BUT IF YOU HAVE ORDERED MORE THAN ONE WORK OR I HAVE A LINE-UP OF COMMISSIONS; YOUR ETA WILL BE LENGTHENED. HERE’S A LINK TO MY TRELLO, SO YOU CAN KEEP UP WITH WHAT I’M WORKING ON.

THE MOST YOU MIGHT HAVE TO WAIT ON FOR YOU COMMISSION IS 3 MONTHS, WHICH IS A WORST CASE SCENARIO, WHETHER IT’S DUE TO TOO MANY COMMISSIONS OR PERSONAL PROBLEMS.

THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO COLLAB COMMISSIONS, I DON’T CONTROL MY COLLAB PARTNER’S LIFE OR SCHEDULE.

YOU WILL ALWAYS BE INFORMED OF MY WAITING LIST, AS WELL AS ANY PROBLEMS THAT MIGHT POP UP.

YOU CAN ASK ABOUT YOUR COMMISSION, I WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY SPAMMING BEHAVIOR.

IF YOU NEED YOUR COMMISSION BY A CERTAIN TIME (I.E. BIRTHDAY PRESENT) IT WILL BE STATED IN THE COMMISSION AND MAY COST AN EXTRA FEE DEPENDING ON HOW FAR AWAY THAT DATE IS.

VI.Shipment

If you would like to have your work shipped to you I do offer shipment as an option, however I have no control over what happens beyond the post office. I am able to put extra protection on the parcel at an extra cost. I am not responsible if the envelope is lost by the mailing service. You can also have a tracker for your package

VII.COPYRIGHT

I retain copyright for creating the artwork. My client is the only one other than myself to reupload the commission anywhere; my link must be available for the viewers to access. Although I am creating the work any characters or objects, concepts etc. that are my clients intellectual property will stay as such. My client holds the right to not be linked in the description to protect their Identity if they choose, but I hold the right to post my art unless discussed before commission goes through.

IF YOU WANT TO ORDER AN ILLUSTRATION FOR COMMERCIAL USE, PRICES MAY INCREASE BY AT LEAST DOUBLE. ANY USAGE OF ARTWORK FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES MUST BE AGREED UPON IN WRITING IN ADVANCE OF THE COMMISSION BEING ACCEPTED. THE FOLLOWING CASES ARE CONSIDERED COMMERCIAL USE:

♦ Reproducing and selling the artwork.

♦ If artwork is created for the purpose of garnering attention for the profit of the commissioner: ie business cards, logo for a website, YouTube videos, etc.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INCREASE THE PRICE BASED ON THE INTRICACY OF THE ARTWORK.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY COMMISSION BASED ON TIME AVAILABLE, CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR, CONTENT, OR ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE.

Do not ask me to draw in a different style. If you commission me it’s because you like my work, not because your favorite artist is busy.

Even if the provided reference of your character has a color palette section, I’ll probably modify them a bit to make them fit my style (it’s just a slight change). However, if you want me to stick to the color palette provided, please specify it on the form. Be aware that it will need to be a digital piece of artwork. The “Other” section is a good place for these matters.

As an artist, my art is constantly evolving; there may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (linearts style, coloring method, composition…).

By purchasing any of my services you are automatically accepting the Terms of Service and agree to follow them. As well as promising you won’t request any Paypal chargeback.

VIII.Client Usage

What you as the client can do with the work you commissioned:

POST IT ON WEBSITES, GALLERIES, ETC. AS LONG AS IT IS CREDITED TO ME AS THE ARTIST

SHARE WITH FRIENDS

GIVE AS A GIFT

PRINT IT, MAKE IT INTO ANY MERCHANDISING WANTED, AS LONG AS IT’S FOR PERSONAL USE.

USE AS DECORATION FOR PROFILES, PAGES, AS LONG AS THEY LINK BACK/CREDIT ME AS THE ARTIST.

What you cannot do with the commissioned:

RESELL

CLAIM ART AS YOUR OWN

SELL PRINTS/MERCHANDISING OF ART UNLESS AGREED UPON IN WRITING IN ADVANCE

CHANGE/MODIFY WORK WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

REMOVE ANY WATERMARKS OR SIGNATURES

IX.Procedure

IF YOU��D LIKE TO COMMISSION ME, HERE IS MY INFO. I ALSO ACCEPT ART TRADES AND OCCASIONALLY REQUESTS.

I WILL SEND YOU UPDATES ON MY SKETCH INK AND COLORING PROCESS
