Oh my god. Did the popstar who playfully demonstrated a new sexual position at every live show where she sings about her breeding kink have a sexually provocative album cover. This is crazy, important, and FEMINIST disk horse

It’s interesting how “feminists” will take away women’s autonomy the second they desire sex. Sabrina carpenter wanting to look sexy is not “setting women back”, saying that she is putting us back simply because she took a CLOTHED sexy PHOTO is what is actually doing harm. You are saying women expressing their sexual desires is inherently sexist and anti-feminist. Women liking to be submissive isn’t putting women back, telling women they can’t enjoy what they enjoy because they don’t actually enjoy it and they are only doing it for men is what is putting women back. The outrage is insane to me. Also, she could’ve taken that photo to show how weird it is women are expected to take a submissive role because most of her music is about hating men.
At the end of the day, STOP POLICING WOMEN’S SEXUAL DESIRES AND EXPRESSIONS!!! It is anti-feminist to ignore that it was HER CHOICE as that takes away her autonomy and says “women can’t enjoy sex” and “women being sexy is bad and inherently anti-women”. Right now is not the time to be policing women’s behavior, sexism is out of control and instead of using your energy on issues that matter and are actually causing harm you are choosing to attack an artist for a singular photo. Please grow up and realize mass hate for women online only contributes to hate for women in real life.

"I'm not like other girls." Well, that's good for you, but I am. I love reading books and fanfics. I love obsessing over fictional characters and screaming music at the top of my lungs. I love fangirling over celebrities and getting overly invested in ships that will never be canon. I cry over sad endings and laugh at memes no one else understands. I love getting way too excited over small things, daydreaming about impossible scenarios, and staying up late to finish just one more chapter. I love getting lost in fictional worlds, losing sleep over them, and rewatching my favorite shows a million times. I love spending hours scrolling through fan art and feeling alive through the stories, music, and love for people I will never meet. I love being like other girls.

so disheartening to learn that when you grow up feeling like ur not enough for whatever reason it literally haunts all of your interpersonal relationships even as an adult.........like when do i stop feeling like this how do i rewire my brain into having normal healthy thoughts and feelings in regards to the people in my life & not miscontruing how they act towards me. not feeling like you're enough is truly the sickest self-fulfilling prophecy
