For all my hoopers having trouble with chest hooping.. although this lovley lady does not have boobs, she still gives some great tips and it helped me a lot!

This is a glimpse of a different side of my practices. I’ve been working on that backspin-kickup thing and trying to figure out how to incorporate it into my flow. This video kind of represents how I go about that process on new tricks. That’s why my style might seem a bit different here than in my other videos.

DAMN! Someone just asked me how I did photo 7 in my hoop section. And this is the video for what I did. I did it last year when I first made it up! And it was my first video having to talk to youtube soo I kept apologizing for being awkward and over explaining. haha  I meant to say more but accidentally pasted a video link and sent that as an answer. which is sort of a dick move. Hope this helps explain that photo! :)
