As you can see here the fur movement in slowmotion is tiny so it will be fine with non dynamic fur on our gryphon.

Due to issues with xGen i decided to convert my fur to poly and use wrap deformer on the object. As fur is short it wont move as long hair does so i think it will be all right in our project. I already lost a lot of time to solve this issue.
But what accualy happened: well my xgen fur set up worked well on the scene with original rig but as we wanted to eventualy make some changes in the rig we decided to open rig in each scene as references (it helps to solve issues with rig and have no changes in the animation). But xgen did not worked opened as reference. It Just stayed in shape of undeformed rig. I was working on this issue 2 weeks with no result so i found a way to trick it. Fur was too stiff (because of the lenght) for any movement anyways.
Before making this decisions i looked on the fur movement in the slovmotion- i wanted to be 100% sure that it will be a good decision.

So far i am texturing the building. I still need to paint one wall but I am happy with te results so far. I will change material on the sculptures, i was thinking about marble. I am aware that not everything from the building will be on our final shots so i am trying focus mostly on the parts where we will have cameras.

I managed to finish my rig it is working fine and looking good. I created as well for it fur in xgen. I need to admitt it starts looking good. Its gonna be even better when i finish texturing!

Because of Maya my Rig is gone... RIP... Right now i need to redo it all over again... I forgot to mention that it is not only rigg but geo as well so i need to fix bot in one week... 4 months of work in one week... Good luck for me...

Hair system set up for ears hair. This system is fully dynamic what means that there is no need to animate hair. That’s such a great news because it will give us some time ;)!
