I don't outright see the VX trio as a team, but if they had that sort of dynamic, 2-0 would be the leader cuz 19 is indifferent while 21 doesn't want to be.

If they're operating on their own in a new place, 2-0 would wander around responsibly, 19 would wander around and get lost, and 21 would go with one of them.

I feel like 21 wouldn't be sure if they should follow 19 cuz 19 is easier to ask to go where 21 likes or 2-0 cuz they're more reliable and have tour guide tendencies. 21 also isn't sure which one gets into trouble more lol.
