i've got some terrifying (intentionally programmed out of spite) side effects of possession I’m so excited to write btw. like the ones that’ll come up sooner include forcing someone to be unable to recognise their own name by removing it from their memories and striking them with debilitating pain when they hear it, forcing them to relive traumatic memories every night, and one I’ve already started to touch upon is changing someone’s body to heal with a foreign substance, which isn't physically harmful technically (it’s actually more durable and quicker to heal than before) but fucks with their body image real bad. this isn’t even getting into the teeth and eyes being grown in places of the body they shouldn’t causing medical complications or forcing someone to torture a close friend or like. a ton of other stuff. i've got so much terrifying horror stuff to write :D

I somehow got trauma that meant I’m not at all triggered by depictions of similar trauma at all (unless someone irl is being awful about it) hell I write about it myself but I start crying when I hear a 2000s shitty novelty song and am in a school for an hour. which I’m not saying it’s better or worse or anything it’s just fucking bizarre.

like please. get a fucking temporary tattoo or something if you can’t afford a real tattoo. use henna. DON'T GIVE YOURSELF SEPSIS. PLEASE. your tattoo will look shitty too. you don’t want to give yourself a scarred patchy mess even if you don’t end up losing a fucking arm from sepsis.

like I fucking LOVE tattoos. getting a tattoo is one of the best things I’ve ever done it gives me soooooo much joy. and I KNOW tattoos are absurdly expensive in some places and still aren’t cheap elsewhere (which is. in part because they're essentially surgically altering your skin to have cool ink in it). but it’s better to not have a tattoo than to fucking die. because. you’re going to get sepsis Jesus.

People aren’t saying that cis or perisex folks cannot talk or advocate for transgender or intersex folks. What people are saying is that cis or perisex folks should not be determining what type of experiences an entire group of transgender or intersex people go through. There is a difference between education, uplifting, and advocating for a group and speaking over an entire group of people by determining what a group of people experiences, again a group of people that you are not part of. Also, if you’re listening to part of a group that does not mean you’re listening to the whole. You have to talk to the specific group of people you were talking about to be able to advocate for them and to learn about their lived experiences!

also people apparently just say bad tasting things taste like battery acid now. like i can tell they’ve never licked a Wii remote. idk if it’s my arfid being weird (i can taste extremely minute differences in food and drink, like to the point of knowing when foods from the wrong store even if i didn’t have any knowledge of the fact beforehand) but like. orange juice and toothpaste does not taste anything like battery acid it just tastes horrible. there’s absolutely no resemblance. it doesn’t have the metallic or the electric tastes. it’s just bad.

one fun thing about me is that i am weirdly good at learning how to play songs by ear. i do know a little piano I’m not completely untrained or anything but this was something i was able to do before that. like just sit me in front of a keyboard and I’ll trial and error different keys until I’m able to play some random song stuck in my head. usually not full segments but I’ve picked up bits and pieces of the homestuck soundtrack and also spider dance.
