What happens next?

BOOM! DEAD!

BUT!!! THIS ISNT THE ONLY EXAMPLE!

We see it with OJ and PAPER:

what do they have? A CONFLICT, AND ARGUMENT!

THEN LOOK:

HE'S DEAD! (also the trailer thumbnail haha)

BUT! WHO. WHO ELSE?! OH, YEAH, BASEBALL AND NICKEL!

AND GUESS WHAT, THEY HAVE A CONFLICT TOO!! (SMALLER THAN THE OTHERS BUT STILL!) ((PLUS I DON'T HAVE AN IMAGE RN SO DEAL WITH THIS))

Was only able to get in a quick Petunia sketch today, I'll finish Zip soon enough Zip fans. Very sorry for the delay (also quality WILL increase again once I have more free time, I don't plan on filling the majority of this daily project with barely finished doodles if I can help it)

Understanding FPE - Day 2

I woke up this morning wanting to draw either Petunia or Bubble and decided on Petunia (though I didn't feel like struggling over legs today)

I don't have many thoughts on her at the moment other than how I find it funny that, similarly to how the nerds both have random books lying on them, the main physical trait shared between the popular girls is a blank white crown for some reason. Like every other character in this universe, I hope that we can learn more about her past what school stereotype she is (the fact that, other than the previously mentioned stereotypes/jobs, the only canon information I've been able to find about the characters has been what their favorite food is or whether they kill people or not annoys me so much but I suppose this is an opportunity for my incredibly canon reliant self to get more into making headcanons)

Learning to understand FPE - day 1

Finally back from the dead (I'll be back for you eventually osc)

Starting a small project where I do daily FPE art to, as the name suggests, try to understand the hype

This will either die immediately due to burn out or go until I manage to do a decent fullbody of every 'Basics In Behavior' animation character with a reference, so while it does go on, enjoy I suppose

DAY 1: OLIVER

To be entirely fair I have MANY questions about Oliver both design and story wise, but I'll put those aside for now cause he was surprisingly fun to draw

We really need to know more about the locations of shows.

BFDI does it really well, there's a map and locations and stuff, but most other shows barely get half of that.

It would be really useful information, both for story purposes and for fandom stuff, like artwork.

It's Soap Saturday so I bring you a(fairly scattered) Soap analysis

"Oh she only has OCD and no more she's written badly" I HAVE OCD AND WHILE THAT DEPICTION WAS EXTREMELY DAMAGING AND COULD'VE BEEN DONE BETTER, IT'S UNFORTUNATELY ACCURATE FOR SOME PEOPLE(it's me I'm some people). SHE OBSESSES OVER EVERYTHING AND BEING A SOAP BOTTLE PROBABLY DOESN'T HELP SINCE OBJECTS ARE EXPECTED TO ACT ACCORDING TO THEIR OBJECTS

She can't HELP IT!!! SHE TRIES TO GET BETTER BUT LETTING GO OF YOUR HABITS IS DIFFICULT ON YOUR OWN AND AGAIN, AS A BOTTLE OF SOAP, SHE PROBABLY FEELS MORE SOCIETAL PRESSURE TO BE GOOD AT CLEANING!!!! SHE FIXATES ON EVERYTHING BECAUSE IT'S ALL SHE FEELS LIKE SHE CAN DO TO HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THE SITUATIONS SHES IN!!! Besides cleaning, she has ONE coping mechanism, and it's one that everyone else HATES(singing). So no WONDER she ends up just cleaning. For hours. And hours. And hours. To the point where it's irrational

ALSO THAT'S ANOTHER THING!! Having control over situations is very big for me, and fixating is one of those things that helps. For Soap, being in a clean space and cleaning the hotel helps her feel like she can actually be calm and helps control her emotions, because without her cleaning? The hotel would be in shambles! If SHE wasn't helping, then everything would fall apart!! Sure, this isn't reality, but for her? Someone who has tried again and again to make things better but just making them worse BECAUSE of her impulses? She needs to feel like she's doing SOMETHING or else she's nobody. Just another stereotype ignored by the narrative

It's not HER FAULT that she has OCD and it's not HER FAULT that societal pressures force her to be who she is. Besides, after Tissues got eliminated, she could've thought that SHE had a higher winning chance because he got eliminated for his trait being. Well. Sick. So, as the opposite, the fans should love her!! Right? So, she goes further, she puts soap on the pizza, she has a musical number while fixing the hotel, she does all of these things to not only give herself a sense of stability, but also to hopefully boost her appreciation from the audience

And it didn't work

The moment she STOPPED cleaning, it didn't work. She told Mic to listen to her heart when walking through the portal, but if we're being honest(and if we see the comics), she went right back to cleaning. The moment she tried to be less impulsive, she was eliminated. And there goes her control once again

As of now she's likely right back in that loop, cleaning endlessly despite being asked not to as it isn't needed, but she won't, because if she's not CLEANING, then she doesn't have a purpose. She can't just pick up a new hobby, this is her LIFE, and if she can't sing, then she only has one option left

Or maybe I'm just reading too much into a one note character, who knows

back at it again at krispy kreme osc confessions, more worldbuilding but different this time.

What do you all think beauty standards and stuff like that would be like in these worlds? cause they clearly exist. Would there be specific expectations of different object types or would it just be the same for all of them. It's clear like, "body type" or weight is a concern with how much objects get called fat (in the earlier days mainly). Are all objects expected to seem slim and skinny? It would be much harder for the objects in this world, cause yeah if you as a human want to lose weight you can but these are objects. While yeah, some are squishy so they may be able to try and force a smaller frame, a lot are made out of very tough material. I mean how is a fridge gonna make their body appear smaller?

But is that it? just weight? probably not. Maybe they idolise looking more like the regular object, preferring to have more details and look less "alive"(is that how you'd describe it?). Maybe it would be more based on colours with certain colours being preferred over others. There would also def still be like make-up. Maybe specific objects are even viewed as being unattractive, and I don't just mean "gross" objects (like idk farts and poo those exist shout out to skat tdos, my man.), I mean objects that we would probably overlook as just being normal items. Maybe older models/versions of things are also seen as less attractive, with people always being obsessed with the newer and cooler version.
