Hi Gema!
I hope you figure out your website! The internet is great when it really works, right?
Anyway....
Only thing I have to say is that with logos, it will definitely help if you give specific examples from each assignment as you answer the questions on the reflections section of the assignment!
Goodluck!
Week 16
Section A: My website
I started my website but once I tried to save it and publish it Wix did not let me
Section B: As a writer
Ethos is providing credibility, as a writer I will establish my credibility in the home page by describing myself. Mentioning the school I am attending and for how long I have been attending will give the viewer a better idea of how credible I am. Having all the required information and no grammatical errors will also help build my ethos.
Pathos is providing emotion or as I like to remember it the pathway to your heart. I will be using pathos in my reflection because that is my personal experience and I will explain what i have learned throughout the course.
Logos I will be using logos in my writing of I have any facts or to keep my writing consistent. This will help me make sure my writing makes sense and has some kind of sequence.
Section C: As a designer
I will be using ethos in my design by providing a picture of myself and a contact tab so people can see that the website is real.
I will be providing pathos in my design by the colors and pictures. The colors of my website will not be distracting and the pictures depending on what I decide to put should show some type of emotion.
The alignment and grouping of my website will provide the logos appeal. This will help my paragraphs stay consistent. This will also help me make sure that the design relations to the text in some way.

Section B: As A Writer
Ethos:
Homepage
Here is where I will create my credibility for the course as a whole by showing my educational background. By being enrolled in the RWS course here at UTEP, I am qualified to give a reflection based on the course.
Reflections
I will establish my credibility by discussing all of the things that the different assignments have taught me in this section. By answering the appropriate questions, I prove that I completed the assignment in a thorough way or I wouldn’t be able to answer the questions.
Pathos:
Homepage
By using a visually appealing website I draw the attention of the viewers to the information that is being provided. By using bright colors it helps to get the viewers excited to look at the rest of the website.
Reflections
I hope to establish pathos by sharing my personal experience about the assignments with the viewers. By opening up and sharing how I felt during each assignment it really allows a viewer to relate.
Logos
Homepage
Creating a homepage is a pretty given thing. A Homepage sets the theme for the rest of the website as well. So having this is pretty logical in itself. Specifically logos is seen in the homepage with the basic information that should be there for example my background information, introduction material, and most importantly....my NAME!
Reflections
I will show logos through the reflections section by supporting the answers I am given with specific back up and examples from the assignment.
Section C: As a Designer!
Ethos
Homepage
Provided my picture creates credibility by establishing who I am. Also provided pictures of both school that I attended helps establish credibility.
Reflections
By creating an easily navigable page for the reflections, the viewers are able to see all of the provided information and really take me seriously.
Pathos
Homepage
By using a visually appealing website I draw the attention of the viewers to the information that is being provided. By using bright colors it helps to get the viewers excited to look at the rest of the website.
Reflections
Same as isn the homepage sections, by appealing to the viewers visually it attracts their attention and leaves them wanting to view more.
Logos
Reflections
Logos can be established by organizing the website and creating corresponding tabs with correct content on each one. Making the different assignments easy to navigate is another plus!

Using different tabs and links can help you group information together and help you push out the really important parts of your websites.
Something else to take into consideration when making your own website might be keeping the same overall designs and colors throughout the webpage. Sometimes using a more simple color and background can make the images and layout really stand out in comparison.
Week 15 Website Analyzation
SECTION A:
1. In this particular website there is a sense of balance within website, but there is also a lot of information to obtain and comprehend all at once. The website is not really organized, and not appealing to the reader to continue to read the entire content. With it being disorganized it looks as if the creator of the website through all of the information together in a rush.
2. Contrast is employed on this site by the use of it’s images on the website itself. The images are all different meaning by size, and color. Since the images are all the same shape making the images bigger, and readable is a good idea to make sure that the readers know about the point that is trying to get across, and to provide substantial evidence for any claim made on the website itself.
3. The website does not really have a lot of consistency from the scale size of the images, to the sizing of the print on the website that is describing what the website is about. The size of the text is similar throughout most of the website until it gets to the end of it, becoming smaller and harder to read; causing a break in consistency for the whole website.
4. The use of alignment and grouping in this website is decent, but can still be fixed with a little bit of adjustment, and condensing the images to make it look somewhat like an “electronic newspaper”. It would look more appealing to the eye and create a better understanding of the content. It would also help with the alignment on the website, and make everything flow better.
5. The effectiveness of the website would be better if the creator would have made the website more interactive, using links, or subheadings that you can click on to get more information. It excelled in getting to the point and providing examples and substantial evidence to back it up.
1. The balance of the website is much better than the first one in the sense that the creator made the website more interactive, and used white space to make it look spacious and appealing to the eye.
2. Contrast is shown in the website with the use of images, and text also with the subheadings that are on the left of the website to help you navigate through the website more effectively.
3. The use of consistency in this website is more effective and more noticeable than the other website. Each subheading and section of the website has it’s own title, and different information that flows with each topic that it is talking about at hand.
4. The alignment and grouping on this website makes it look more professional, and spaced out; unlike the other website you can tell that this creator was more calm and relaxed than being rushed to finish the website.
5. The effectiveness of this site is more appealing, understandable, professional, and likely to catch more readers attention. It is helpful for the readers to be able to navigate through the website more freely instead of being limited.
SECTION B:
1. To make sure that my website has enough balance, I will make sure that I use the proper amount of images all the same shape, size, and color. The text also needs to be the same size and font.
2. Using contrast in my website would require for the images and the text to coincide with each other to look more professional, appealing to the eye, and to make it flow more easily.
3. I will focus on the consistency of my website by making sure that the images are all relatable to the topic that is at hand, the text is flowing throughout the website, and that the use of white space is equal.
4. Alignment and grouping is key to help my website look professional, have the readers intrigued to read my website, and what i have to offer them. It also helps with the website all flowing and coming together nicely.
5. I will more a likely use black and white colors, due to the fact that i want my website to look professional, especially since it is going to be read and analyzed by a scholar (professor), and my fellow peers.
6. By using these examples of websites, i will utilize them in the sense that i will know what to do correctly and what not to do in my own website.

Week 15 Website Analysis
SECTION A:
1. The balance of the website between images and text is relatively even. However, the amount of info and size that it is displayed is very unappealing. It makes the website look like there isn’t much text, and the images are the main portion. The webpage designer could have done that on purpose, drawing more attention to the images because they are bigger, but it makes it look like the balance is thrown off.
2. The contrast within the webpage is overwhelming. There are so many different colors from headings to body text and linked text. The size of the text is all relatively tiny, so it makes it hard to see where the actual headings are for the different parts of the website.
3. The same goes for the consistency. It is all over the place. There are different colors like i mentioned before. There are also different fonts style and size for each heading and different paragraphs of body text.
4. The website does an okay job at grouping things together, but the site is still confusing. I’m not really sure what exactly it is about, but from just giving it a quick glance I would be able to figure out where to find certain information. The alignment isn’t bad either, but there are some minor adjustments that could be made for the site to be a little more professional looking. The top section and middle section are off centered from the bottom section so that makes it a little distracting.
5. Like i said earlier from just glancing at the site as a whole it is hard to understand exactly what it is about. The size of the text makes it really hard to read, and the different fonts and colors makes all the wording very distracting and overwhelming.
1. The balance of this website is so much better in comparison to the 1st website we took a look at. The images and graphics are pretty much used as background tools for the text on the website. It makes it very visually appealing. Also the use of small graphics is also helpful.
2. The contrast in the webpage is helpful instead of hurtful like in the last one. The bigger text is specifically set out for headings and important text that needs to take a forefront from the rest of the text.
3. The creator is very consistent with design throughout the entire website. There is a lot more to this website than the 1st, but the creator uses that to his advantage. The links that are created to guide you through the website are easily accessible and visible. The text is all relatively similar in style as well.
4. The alignment and grouping for this site is amazing. The links separate all the information into categories. You have a basic understanding of what you are going to find under each link when you click on it. The alignment helps make the website visually appealing and easy to navigate.
5. Overall the effectiveness of this website is great! It follows the same structure throughout making it easy to adapt to. The information is easily accessible, and readable. The website is visually appealing to top it all off.
Now to talk about future plans for my own website......
SECTION B:
1. To ensure that my website is balanced their doesn’t necessarily have to have an even distribution of text to images even though that is the whole goal. Just making the layout of the website “seem” like they are even will be sufficient. If the first website would have switched up his layout and the size of all the text, it would have looked more balanced.
2. Making sure that there is a size difference when it comes to headings and body text will help ensure that the website has good contrast. Also setting up the text in a creative and visual way will help contrast the really important information on the website.
3. Keeping the same format throughout the entire website instead of switching things up will ensure that the website has consistency. In this aspect going with the saying “sometimes simple is better” is my goal. If you have a simple lay-out with visually appealing yet readable text, it doesn’t mean the website is boring looking. Use the layout and images to make the website really pop and have a creative feel. Making sure that all the headings match and the text looks the same will ensure a more professional look.
4. Making sure that information that goes together is grouped together is the big goal when grouping text. Different links or tabs to a website can be useful tools when grouping. Making sure the website is aligned evenly just helps with visual appeal, and makes the website look more professional and put together.
5. I think black and white are really good text colors when you have a pop of color in the background. If you have a neon-green background and fluorescent pink text that can be extremely unappealing and distracting. You don’t want the text or background to cause anyone to strain to see or comprehend. I’m not saying super dull colors are the way to go either, but just don’t get too crazy!
Because look at this! Whoever doesn’t get a headache after this, is crazy!!!
6. Including some interactive parts of the website I feel like will really engage the viewers, and make them want to explore the rest of a site. You don’t want to cram too much information on a website because then viewers are either going to get bored, or your website is going to be text heavy. That’s boring and ineffective.

Hi Rosa,
I feel that we all have the same concern when it comes to the intro. It’s the last part of the project for us to finish. Hopefully after class tomorrow we will be able to address it after things are clarified for us. Since we will be working on our presentation for the most part on Monday, maybe we should schedule another day to do our introduction. That way on our last meeting before it is due we can just tweek and refine the things that we already have. I’m glad you have underlying confidence in the introduction itself though, because that’s the part I always struggle with!
Week 14: Wrapping Up the Poster
What specific aspects of the assignment are you most concerned about? What can you do to address those concerns? Being a teamwork project, my teammates, Morgan and Karla, and I have been meeting in order to create a poster that will catch the audiences’ eye and bring forward a topic that is very important to us, Diversity in the Medical Field.
What days and times will you commit to the project?
My teammates and I have decided that we are meeting once a week to put together ideas that we have come up with during the week before and look at how far along we have come. Sincere still need a few things to polish up our poster we are meeting two times next week, Monday and another day we are all available, each meeting consisting of atlas two hours.
What days/times are you working as a group and when will you work alone?
The following week we will be working two days out of the week together, and the rest we will work by ourselves, meaning we have the chance to edit the postern our own, and when we get together talk about editions.
Specifically, what aspect of the project will you address on each of those days?
After completing the first part of the assignment, we didn’t have to work on any section as a whole. We are, however, editing each section, like Introduction and Conclusion, adding our collaborated thesis statement to both parts and simply tweaking the appearance of the poster, making it more appealing. This will be done on the first meeting of the following week. On the second meeting we will be preparing our presentation on PowerPoint, where will will explain in detail the reason behind everything on our poster.
(this is us nailing our presentation)
Specifically, what will you do to complete those aspects of the project?
Using past assignments like the Literature Review, including matrices, each member of the group is picking up point of views in order to create our thesis statement. This will later be added to out intro and simplify for our conclusion. We are also researching about ways to better diversity in the medical field and adding it to the Results section.
What specific aspects of the assignment are you most concerned about? What can you do to address those concerns?
As we first started talking about our assignment, my teammates and I had trouble thinking about what we could include in our Introduction section, not knowing how we would all incorporate each of our thesis, so we started by writing separate thesis, each one, explaining why our topic was important to us. We are still in the process of writing a single thesis, with all three ideas, but we are breaking it into simple steps to not loose focus of what our main goal is and not feel overwhelmed.
What specific aspects of the assignment are you most comfortable with? Why?
Even though the introduction is something we are having trouble with, I feel most comfortable with that section because it is how we are providing a point of view for a topic that is important to me and my teammates. I feel comfortable with the fact that we are providing the reason behind the topic even though we are hitting a couple of bumps on the road with wording. Not only do I feel comfortable with the introduction, I feel comfortable with the topic itself because we are bringing an important topic of diversity as a whole into discussion.
As we put our project together we realize how much on an important topic we chose to talk about on our poster, and I couldn’t be any more happy that we chose something that can change the world in a blink of an eye. Or so we hope so.

Week 14: Creating an Action Plan
I feel like the group that i was assigned to has done awesome so far when it comes to planning and getting things done! We are pretty far into our project and only have a few minor things to touch up! Our teamwork is pretty great!
What is our schedule from here on out?
Well we meet once a week on Monday afternoons for a couple hours, and we add on en extra day of work time if need be! So far we have only had to do that twice!
We use the rest of the week and weekends to do personal research and personal additions to the project. Monday’s we use to put all that information in the right place, and run it by the rest of the group!
This Monday specifically we have set aside to work on our powerpoint presentation that goes along with our research poster! The only thing besides the presentation that needs finished is the introduction including our thesis. We will have to schedule another meeting time during the week to work on the intro, most likely a Tuesday or Wednesday.
What part am I worried about the most?
THE INTRO
I’m worried about the intro because its the only part of the poster we haven’t completed. All three of us have different conceptions of what is supposed to be in the intro. We have to ask Audrey in class to really clarify what we need to put in there.
What part am I most comfortable with?
THE CONCLUSION
My group and I found quite a bit of things being done to help diversify the medical field in regards to both gender and race. We have a lot of information to work with I feel like.
We’ve done great so far, and I have faith that we will finish strong! Let’s get this done ladies!

Week 12 Reflecting on research skills
Let’s get started
Before this class I honestly would have fallen flat on my face trying to conduct a research paper on my own!
But now I feel pretty confident. If i had to write another one outside of this class, i have so many tools and tricks that Audrey has given us to use! That’s why taking everything she gives us seriously is very important for future classes. She has given us a good basis for future papers.
At the beginning of the semester I didn’t really understand the whole point of picking a semester topic, but taking a step back now it has really opened my eyes. Everything that Audrey has had us do in class in only going to help us later including the scholarly research and making contacts in our own fields through primary research. Overall Audrey has better prepared me for future papers as an undergrad and grad student!
Making us do the primary research, has opened the door for us to make contacts with people that are currently working our fields of interest. The people we interviewed may be our future professors, advisors, or peers once in our fields.
Even though I’m not directly affected by the topic I chose for research, I can still help make a difference. Being the racial majority in the nursing field doesn’t necessarily put me ahead however. Through the research i found, I still have to keep up my motivation and determination to be the best nurse I can be. Recruiters look for several things outside of race and cultural competence. With the growing racial minority population, it would be in my best interest to diversify the way I think and learn. This could help me have better patient interaction in the future when I become an RN.

Your post was very insightful! I was kind of confused on how to cite the graphic, so I am glad I ended up scrolling past your post! Your post was entertaining and it kept my attention over a pretty boring subject so props to you! Keep up the good work!
#Week11 - Group 4
Graphic Image & Conclusions
A. Graphic Images:
The graphic should be sized appropriately for ease of reading. The more detailed the graphic, the larger it may need to be.
The graphic should fit on one page. Do not split a graphic over two pages.
The graphic needs to explained or referred to, in detail, in the text.
If you know the artist or author of the image that you are citing, your citation should be in the following matter:
Author’s last name, First initial. (year image was created). Title [type of work]. Retrieved from (website)
*always italicize the titles of works when using APA format. *
B. This information was gathered from:
RWS E-book page 230.
The Pen & The Pad: How to Cite Graphics in APA Style Format
http://penandthepad.com/cite-graphics-apa-style-format-4360.html
C. My classmates and I will meet these requirements by following the APA graphic images guidelines provided by the RWS E-book.
A. Conclusions:
Remind your audience of the issue and its various aspects.
Remind readers that your research provides an opportunity to create a knowledge base that they can continually draw from to understand the issue more fully or from an opinion later.
Avoid taking a stand concerning the topic. The conclusion should remain as objective as possible.
Restate your thesis/claim.
B. This information was gathered from:
RWS E-book page. 230.

Week 11 Requirement Guidelines
Let’s get started y’all! :)
FOCUS:
Table 2/Group 2
Intro & In-text Citations
1st off: What are the assignment requirements for this section?
Intro: Introductions can be easy, but they can also be tricky. The tip on introductions, is to wait until the end of the paper to write them, but here are the Requirements:
clear thesis statement
lists research questions (in bullet list form)
include general background info
In-Text Citations:
1 in-text citation per source
direct quotes (except for iconography)
introduce your quote, state your quote, then support your quote
2nd: Where did I find this info?
Well in my e-book of course! I also found information in Bb
Last Step: How will we get this job done?
Here area couple in text citation tips I found on Purdue Owl
Like I said earlier, the biggest tip I have for Intros is to wait until the end of the paper to write it. The words will just come more naturally to you!
Whelp, that’s all I have for you!
Good luck on finishing your Literature Reviews :)

Your interview questions look great! I am excited to hear how your scholar’s answers differ from my scholar’s answers because we are researching the same topic. Most of our questions overlap with each other so it will be interesting to see how two people’s experiences can shape their views on a certain subject. Good luck with the Interview Karla!
Preparing for Interview
The fist step is to show proof of my interview request, which is already sent and ready to receive a response….

Second step is to show proof that my Interview Release Form was read, downloaded, and saved into my DB account

The third step is to show you my drafted Interview Questions:

The fourth step is to show proof that I read, downloaded and saved the interview confirmation file into my DB account

The fifth and final step is to show proof of my Recording material: My phone, which I´m using to record the interview and of course a pencil and a notebook

I feel kind of nervous but excited at the same time to interview the scholar

So far I think you are off to a great start on your Interview Questions. I do have a few suggestions. Take them or leave them! My first one would be to elaborate on question #3 maybe try “How have your personal experiences as a minority in the nursing field helped to shape your perspective on the previous statement?” Of course, this question could only be asked if your interviewee was a minority, but i think it would lead to a better more detailed response for you to really draw on.
My second suggestion would be for question #4. Maybe after asking the question that you already have, adding something like “ How have you helped promote diversity among hispanics in the nursing field?” We are interviewing either professors or advisors or administrators that have experience in the nursing field. They might have great insight and personal suggestions to make here.
But good job! :)
Primary Research & drafting interview questions. #week8
In this next assignment, I added an additional row for the interview questions using the information in my Research Questions/Citation Matrix. Have a look at them……

I hope you enjoyed!! :)
After finishing my interview questions I felt very excited for what the scholars I am interviewing are going to answer. His answers are really important to me because I would have an idea of the magnitude of the lack of racial diversity in the nursing field.

I know you said that you went directly to the faculty page, but i still couldn’t find these. I’m guessing I was on the wrong webpage. I’m not sure, but i searched i think for almost an hour and a half before giving up and just going off of the little information that I did find. Props to you for finding this information! Your post answers all the aspects of the prompt, and this also helped me in finding more information about the faculty at the School of Nursing. Thank you!
Primary Research
Finding my academic network:
My declared major: Pre-Nursing

Correlating College: School of Nursing

My Department: The school of nursing is divided into different degree programs instead of departments. I am part of the undergraduate degree program of Traditional BSN.

Contact Information:

Advising Information: Can be found under the People>Staff tab. Under the “People” tab, you can find many advisors who would help you depending on your degree program and the type of advice you are looking for.

In my case, being an undergraduate, I will look for advice with the following individuals….

After going through the School of Nursing page I felt amazed. There was a lot of contact information from advisors and other important individuals from the field. I felt kind of lost at first, but then I kept on looking and found the advisors that correspond to my degree program.
Moving forward…..ACADEMIC SLAKING : ON
I would provide information from three scholars from the School of Nursing. The School of Nursing website only provided me with the emails and titles of the scholars. Also, I couldn’t find any direct link on the School of Nursing page, so I went directly to the faculty profiles and search for the name of the scholars that I found at the School of Nursing Page. It was kind of tedious but the faculty profiles website provided me with very useful information.

The reason I selected this scholar is because according to the information I found about her she has a lot of knowledge concerning the field of nursing. Also, as far as I understand she has Hispanics roots, so she may know the significance of being a Hispanic in the nursing Program.

The reason I selected this particular scholar, is also because he has Hispanic roots and may understand my topic of racial diversity among Hispanics in the nursing field. Also, the fact that he is a male, gives me a different perspective and gives me the interest to know his point of view. He is also an individual with experience in the field, which is great.

The reason I selected her is because she has experience in the nursing field, but not only at UTEP. She has been in other places where the lack of diversity among Hispanics in the nursing field is more evident. Also, she has Hispanic roots which may provide me with information about her experiences concerning the lack of diversity in the nursing programs.

#Week 7
First step is to find myself!
My major: Pre-nursing
My college: School of Nursing
My department: There aren’t specific department’s within the school of nursing, but there are different programs. Mine happens to be the Undergraduate Traditional BSN program.
Contact info:
Advising Info:
Alright, now its time to do some stalkin’
I couldn’t find any staff bios directly on the nursing page, but i did eventually find them. Here are the three professors I narrowed it down too!
Diane Monslavais is an associate professor at the School of Nursing. I couldn’t find her office info or a picture, but i did find her contact info plus a lot of personal information including her education history, achievements, community involvement, and some research she has done. The information I found wasn’t on the nursing home page, however. I chose Diane Monslavais because of her research topics. She seems to have an interest in cultural diversity and minorities in the nursing field. I think she could be a good choice to ask all of my chosen research topics.
Gloria Mckee Lopez is the assistant Dean of Undergraduate Education here at UTEP. She is also a professor here as well. Again, i couldn’t find a bio or a picture of her. I honestly couldn’t find any information on her except for her email and her name. I chose her because I feel like she could have some insight on my research topic. She has a PhD, so she obviously has some experience in the nursing field. I’m hoping that she could pull from her own experiences to respond to the questions that I’ve come up with.
Kathleen O’Connor is an Associate Professor at the School of Nursing here at UTEP. She has several years of experience researching mental health of minorities, and she herself seems culturally diverse speaking several languages and having tons of experience outside the US. She seems to have tons of insight on the topic of minorities in the nursing field. I’m hoping she could enlighten me on how she has seen diversity affect the patient to nurse interaction.

Hey Sarah! I love your Gifs this week <3
I have just one critic! Your question of policy and consequence seem switched around to me. Your questions of consequence is one that could ask about the affect of something usually, and the questions of policy is one that could ask about the steps that could be taken by social workers in this instance. Other than that I thought your questions were great! Honestly, racial disparity in the foster care system never really occurred to me for some reason, but it is a GREAT topic!
Molding Researchable Research Questions
first draft of questions.. Clearly unfinished and all over the place!

then of course off to the UWC to get some much needed revision and some explanations on how to add more questions and the reasons behind these questions! alright lets do this!

proof (;
then here is my revised work and more questions that me and Mary went over together while i tried my best to explain my thought process:/

all revised and polished up ! now here is the explanations for each question i am going to research more on:

and BAM there’s that(: Thank you to Mary for helping me tackle this assignment!
My reflection on my visit to the UWC:
Personally i always find it very hard to ask others for help when it comes to writing because i always feel i can never jot down my thoughts correctly for someone to understand. today going to the UWC and asking for some revision helped me understand the way i should ask questions in a research paper. Mary explained on how i should focus more on my topic and not be to broad. Coming to that conclusion it was a lot easier to expand my ideas for my Genre Analysis research questions and get more ideas on the paper from my thoughts. With that said i’m glad i got the help i needed from Mary to get this assignment turned in!
now i can do a happy dance since i have completed yet another Tumblr Tuesday!

Week 6 Research Questions
I hopeHere are my 6 research questions that I drafted!!
Then I went to the UWC, and Ana help me out!

She only had a few suggestions, so here is the finalized product :)
Q1: A) question of fact B) This questions is important because it is vital that diversity exist within every workforce if it doesn’t already. C) By figuring out if diversity is present or not in the field of nursing, solutions can be made to aid the issue and increase diversity if possible.
Q2: A) question of definition B) In order to make an educated decision about our question of fact, they must first be able to define what diversity in the nursing field actually is. C) I hope to better understand what types of diversity issues are occurring within this field.
Q3: A) question of interpretation B) It is important to consider because not all cultures and races react to things or handle things the same way. Its vital to understand that you may need several different communication tactics and habits to take care of a cultural diverse patient pool. UWC RESPONSE :
I love going to the UWC. I always get good feedback from the tutors, and they are always willing to answer questions and help with everything I need. When I went today, I got a little more generalized help. My tutor wasn’t as upfront with her suggestions. I kind of had to ask her more specific questions to get her to come out with her opinions. She didn’t have many revisions for the questions I came up with. I’m hoping that just because I did an alright job drafting them!
