I Saw Her Soul
I’ve loved her even before I was born,
Maybe millennium before that,
Each time her memory gets torn,
Quantum entanglement brings her back,
I don’t even know her name, what she looks like, But in strangers eyes, I see a small trace, A jigsaw puzzle 3.14 pie, unsolved
But I feel her, like I can’t even begin to explain, words in ancient dead tongues can’t even comprehend to entertain, like being in love with an echo, a felling like separating conjoined twins- medically inseparable, I write Her poetry, red wine ink from my heart written on my soul, and send her a note in a bottle and littering the universe afloat, She is my inspiration, Representing everything best in me, I wish I was just my imagination, So I just ask that you trust me,
But I found a woman’s delicate heart, And it put a face to the soul, And when she looked in to my eyes, i came apart and drifted to the Astro plain, we danced in a novas star, then just drifted on our backs thru space, I don’t care if I’m losing my mind, it wasn’t just in my brain, I sAw a glimpse of her soul, and I know I will never be the same.
