to the ssri anon I don't know if this is available everywhere, but at a lot of pharmacies you can go and get an emergency refill with like five pills to hold you over and minimize withdrawal. based on my experience it does help if you have a meltdown at the counter, but i don't think that's required.

the meltdown might be fun just for the drama if nothing else

ran out of SSRIs and I can't get the refill on my prescription to go through for some reason so now I'm just enjoying withdrawal. oh and I have work early tomorrow. hows your day been nora

hello nora it is i the heat wave anon here to update you. it is currently 92 F (33 C) in my apartment. the high of the day was 101 F (38 C). was able to escape the worst of it by swimming in my coworker's apartment's pool. now i am sitting on my couch in front of a fan dripping sweat. the sun doesn't even set for another hour. i hate summer

i thought of you (and all my friends who are going through heatwaves rn which is most of them lol but i did think of you first actually) yesterday when i started bitching about my room being too hot lmao. mind you our peak so far this year has been 21 degrees which obviously isn't hot at all even to me and i'm a pussy lol, so i was like hm. need some perspective perhaps. our weather this summer is so random, most days are 10-13 degrees and then there's one sudden 18-21 day and then back down. i guess last year we had such a nice Actual Summer we needed to be humbled a little 😔
