A;; Watanabe’s standing at the window of this weeks apartment she’s staying in– an abandoned building with no appeal whatsoever– with narrowed eyes. She had heard some sort of noise and decided to just check it out, which let her quickly find out that it was the sound of spray paint. And the sight she was greeted with was Guzma painting a whole ass fucking wall with his obvious distaste for the police force.

           Lunch had been a  NIGHTMARE.  He knew people would be curious — he’d even been recognized on the train coming to school — but Hiro thought he might be able to get away with camouflaging among his old classmates,  but he was wrong.  Interested parties FLOCKED  to the support class’ table to see what the boy who’d transferred into the hero class was like up close.  He wasn’t at all ready for the attention.  

           After one too many demonstrations,  he finally managed to escape to a back hallway.  Slumping on a bench,  he let out a breath.  Knowing he’d have to navigate back to class,  he took out his phone to shoot a text to his best friend.  Shouto could definitely INTIMIDATE  anyone into keeping their distance while they were en route.  Since there wasn’t anyone around,  he started to just use his quirk to construct the message — until a voice broke his concentration.

           Blinking,  he focused his eyes on the girl who had appeared in front of him.  His first thought:  act natural.   He really didn’t want to get dragged into another presentation about his quirk and how he did X,  Y,  or  Z  at the festival.

           “  Oh,  uh,  yeah.  Sorry,  just texting,  ”   Hiro replied with a smile,  as if doing so while staring into space was totally normal.   “  I’m okay.  Thanks,  though.  ”   Please don’t ask a festival question.

A;; The elder female looked down at the underclassmen with a slight raise in her brow-- it was obvious she was a bit skeptical over his excuse of texting for when he was staring off into space. She proceeded to cock her head, eyes overlooking the other once more-- she wasn’t sure if she believed he was okay either. Her eyes narrowed in the slightest before she decided to sit down on the bench, making sure she was a respectable distance for both his and her comfort. 

“ Sorry-- I don’t really believe you, “ She murmured after sitting down, light pink hues locking onto him once more. “ You look tired and worn out-- It’s concerning to say the least. “

She hoped the boy would at least be straight up with her, even if she hasn’t ever met the kid before. Even if she’s not really close to anyone, including those who’re actually in her class, she still finds herself worrying over their health whenever something happens or if they just look worse for wear that day. It’s not like they’ll know, though-- she never knows how to express her concern without ostracizing herself even more than what she already has. 

Which really kinda sucks--
