WAYS WE CAN HELP PALESTINE:
as of 9am today, 8131 palestinians were killed, 20438 are injured and 1.4 million have been displaced. it’s important for all of us to help palestine in as many ways as we can.
i also cannot stress how much just spreading awareness in general can help. staying silent because of your discomfort is not an excuse to sit by while a genocide takes place. when we learn about these events in history we often think “how was this allowed to happen?” but that’s exactly what’s happening now and it’s our responsibility to not sit by and let an entire country be wiped out. i will continue adding more ways to help to this post and i’d really appreciate it if anyone can spread this as much as possible.
it’s important to get educated on everything going on in palestine right now, here are some sources that could help!
decolonize palestine - made by two palestinians, answers a lot of questions regarding everything right now (including debunking a lot of myths from biased news stations) and provides a lot of historical context.
list of documentaries to watch if you want to gain further knowledge
list of accounts to follow on twitter that can also provide information
linktree with information
you can also donate to organisations! even if you can’t donate tons of money, you can help by spreading these links so others can also try to donate!
also important to note that you should try not to donate to UN organisations, they won’t truly help palestine, the ones listed do work on the ground
red crescent
PCRF
MAP
doctors w/o borders
palestinian social fund
palestinian in pain launch good
this website is free and uses ad revenue for donations, all you need to do is click it once daily!
some more places you can donate to and some more
boycotting will also help!! also some of the kpop idols we stan have brand deals with ones that support 🇮🇱 so please let’s not interact with their posts with those brands
list from BDS of companies to boycott
signing petitions!
write to representatives and demand they retract their support of 🇮🇱
ways to contact local governments about helping palestine
if you’re in the uk here’s a link to contact your local MP
change org ceasefire petition
Text "CEASEFIRE" to 51905 if you live in America. The link provided leads you to a page to sign and call for a ceasefire once the goal is met. They are so close to meeting its goal!!
here's a link that lets you send a letter directly to your state representatives
here are some threads that will also give you ways to help.
thread of things we can do to help palestine
HOW TO HELP PALESTINE!! resources and links to other threads on how to donate and spread awareness of what's happening in palestine currently!!! a thread 🧵
here’s what we know, and links to donate to help aid palestinians, a thread:
Here is a list of list of resources and people you can follow to educate yourself on what’s going on in Palestine RIGHT NOW🇵🇸
Ways US, Canada, and UK residents can reach out to their state representatives and MPs to call for ceasefire in Gaza:

the men and boys are innocent too.
we cry "the innocent women and children" to appeal to the masses, to try and force their sympathy, but the men and boys are innocent too.
I have seen sons crying out for their mothers, their fathers, their siblings. I have seen them break down at the loss of their families. I have seen them cling to their dead and grieve.
I have seen fathers cradle their dead children, seen them kiss their faces and hold their little hands. I have seen them faint with grief when asked to identify the dead. I have seen them carry their sons and daughters. I have seen them fasting to provide what little they can for their families.
I have seen men and boys digging through the rubble with just their bare hands, I have seen them comforting strangers, playing with children, rocking them, hushing them, even if the face of such imminent danger. I have seen them cry, seen them grieve, seen them break down into each other's arms, seen them be selfless, beyond selfless, becoming something I don't have a word for.
I have seen the men who are doctors refuse to leave their patients, even when they have no medicine or supplies to give them, even when they're threatened with bombings. I have seen fathers who have lost all their children pick orphans up into their arms and proclaim them their child so they are not alone. I have seen men and boys digging pets out of the rubble.
the men are innocent too. the men and boys are being hurt and killed too. the men and boys are grieving too. the men and boys are scared too. the men and boys are fighting to save their people too. the men and boys deserve to be fought for too.

names not numbers
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The Palestinian Ministry of Health released a report on Thursday, including the names of more than seven thousand Palestinians who were martyred in the Israeli bombing of the Gaza Strip.
Red color highlights 0-4 years old age group
Green color highlights age group 5-17
White color highlights the age group between 18 and 59 years old
Gray color highlights the age group over 60
These are not just names, but people killed in the midst of a brutal war. Remember their names.

Palestinians are incredibly diverse. There are Palestinians literally around the world who have been exiled, in every country, who have mixed and crafted new iterations of our culture into something unique to their families and experiences. That is something that is rarely touched on when we think about a Free Palestine. Columbian Palestinians and Chinese Palestinians and Indian Palestinians and Mexican Palestinians, all of this is Palestine. All of these people make up Palestine. When we say "Free Palestine" we mean to make a society in which all these cultures, all this beauty is celebrated, where we look to each other and think "the world in which I live has art and culture I could never have dreamed of, and I'm glad to live in a society where I can experience all this."
I was talking with a friend of mine the other day and we reminded ourselves that Palestine is alive in so many versions in this world and when Palestine is free, it will make a whole new cultural entity that celebrates all sorts of different people. And when I think about that, I cannot help but feel energized anew with the sheer breadth of knowledge and art we can share with one another.
I'm writing this as a reminder that a Free Palestine will be beautiful beyond our imaginations, and it is possible and real and we will see it be brought forth and celebrated. Liberation shall prevail. Love shall prevail.

if you can.. go join a rally, go attend a seminar, go join a march, literally do anything possible to educate yourself or at least acknowledge the literal genocide going on. the things that are said at these events can really open your mind and expose you to the blatant numbers and the hard truth.
there's just so many raw emotions that you need to experience first hand in order to feel the pain and the suffering that these innocent families in Palestine are going through right now. let yourself be exposed to the horrible stories, let yourself be slapped in the face by the truth, because it feels like only then will people finally want to stand up for whats right, stand up for humanity and world peace. dont think just because its not you and not your people, it doesnt matter. letting this happen means nothing will change. this can and will happen to any other group of people. no matter who you are, speak up for humanity, because honestly deep down we are not that different from each other, we are just humans.
what is happening right now is straying away from politics, away from "war" or "conflict", this is straight up the stripping of basic human rights and genocide. do NOT stand for ethnic cleansing, do NOT stand for the murder and opression of millions of people, do NOT stand for the seize on Gaza right now. instead, stand for solidarity and stand with Palestine.
expose yourself and absorb all the information out there. do that until you are able to confidently say no to misleading propaganda and say no to injustice. we cannot just pretend like nothing is happening right now, we cannot pretend like this is okay. because we are not free until we are ALL free.

"make sure to take care of your mental health" is such a crazy thing to say. you don't get to look away from genocide. NO ONE gets to look away from the slaughter of Palestinians, innocent men and women and CHILDREN. you don't get to treat it as some sort of inconvenience you can take a break from when families have been wiped out completely, not a drop of blood left of their existence, only the memory of their ceaseless struggle just to salvage their basic human rights and their incredible bravery and resilience remains. YOH SHOULD BE DEVASTATED. you should be fucking furious. "there's nothing i can do about it" no , fuck you. history is being rewritten by monsters. no one told you to stop the bombing. THE BARE FUCKING MINIMUM IS TO WITNESS AND REMEMBER. never let them forget what they did. ever.
edit : can't believe i have to spell this out but a whole lot of you are headless fools so this post is very much about white people making everything about themselves and not being willing to talk about the ongoing genocide. "TWS/ trigger warnings" about war are meant for survivors of actual war with ptsd, not for you who is sitting on your cushy couch talking about being inconvenienced by people reblogging and posting about the deaths of thousands and more. AND THIS IS NOT WAR. THERE ARE NO TWO SIDES. THIS IS ETHNIC CLEANSING, TEXTBOOK GENOCIDE.

For everyone here on my Tumblr I need y’all to stop what you’re doing and really lock in to the genocide happening in Gaza right now. I will post as many links as I can but the best you can do right now is be loud as fuck! About this.
TLDR Isreal has cut off all water, electricity and telecommunications within Gaza in a complete blackout and Gaza has lost their voice. Israel has already threatened to bomb Al Shifa hospital, which is currently a shelter for around 50k-60k Palestinians. These are images of Gaza Strip from an HOUR AGO. They are literally slaughtering and wiping out generations of Palestinians as we speak.

Please I need to see y’all talking about this and being loud for Palestine.
