Aww, thank you anon...! I am definitely writing out the end of the story in notes which are...not actually that brief, whoops. I think I have about 3k written so far. But I hope to be done it before the year’s up :)

The Dreaming Dark: Update

So I have definitely hit a massive block here...it’s been a million years since I updated this, but I’m thinking of doing maybe a final summary-chapter of what would’ve come next in the fic and my ideas for it... idk, would anyone be interested in that?

i just came back to the TDD fic to read the four(?) chapters i missed— wow. i’m astonished at how well this is written! the world-building is wonderful and i absolutely adored keith’s dancing moment. while i know burnout is a Bitch (as an artist myself with terrible motivation issues) i’m just here to encourage you to continue writing!! whether it’s this or other personal projects, you have serious talent. i look forward to the potential return of TTD and whatever else you have planned for the future :)

Aww, thank you! I know it's been a loooong time since I updated (over a year, yikes??), but I haven't dropped the story. I'm currently focusing on some other aspects of my life (which you can sometimes read more about on my twitter!) such as a second degree and moving--yet again!

How does life get so busy??

I plan to continue updating when I've got the time/drive again, hopefully by the end of this year. Thanks for sticking with me and my silly story this long<3

I was up till four on a day I had an early shift because I was reading about the joys of deep sea anatomy and trying to actually conceptualize a keefer. I both love and hate what your fic has done to me, I resorted to making a diggity-dang conspiracy map tryna figure that freaky lil fish dude out. I’m probably making this way harder than it has to be but he’s just so Cool and I love him💜💙💜💙

This delights me to no end!! I love it when I’m able to inspire others to build crazy conspiracy maps of what’s going on in a work of fiction, just like my favourite authors have done for me c:

Your fic is so mind blowingly realistic and I'm on the edge of my seat, pulse high, biting my nails at the cliffhangar you left. I wonder if Keith's gonna be captured or just spotted so that he draws certain attention to himself and the others to make things a whole lot more difficult...

HUHUHU.... (Although I never actually intended for almost every single chapter to end on a cliffhanger when I started writing it....oops). All I can say is to be ready to enjoy the next chapter when it comes out~

Is Lance's pressure suit based on the Voltron armor? Or perhaps the garrison armor? Or neither? (Either way you're a genius of writing)

It’s based more on his Voltron armour, but with a diving-suit spin :3 There’s no official picture of what it should look like or anything, but Voltron armour is a safe default.
