Thank you all for your patience!! Chapter 4 of Blondie is officially live~

Summary:

As they return to the pit, Kaiba's confusion, irritation, and strange fascination with Blondie only grows. He doesn't tolerate disruptions in his life, and he doesn't know what to think or feel about this wolf and his motivations, which remain shrouded in purposeful mystery. But when things take a turn for the worse for Blondie, Kaiba can't let it go any longer.

New chapter of Blondie tomorrow!! And it’s a longer one!! Also while writing it, I realize this may be my slowest burn ever.

But half the fun is the tension and the journey and the PINING hehe

Here’s a lil preview under the cut!!

Kaiba rolled his eyes. “I see you have a touch of common sense. Now, hold out your paw like a good dog. And hold still, if you want it to stay attached to your body.”

Wordlessly, Blondie extended a hand, watching the doctor with wide eyes.

Pulling up the end of the tape away from the roll, Kaiba started with a loop around the thumb. Though he’d never done this before, he knew the basics, and had wrapped and secured enough bandages to know how much tension to apply to create a secure hold, but not a constricting one. Clinically efficient, he drew the tape around Blondie’s wrist and knuckles several times, before starting to weave the tape between each of his digits. With each pass, his knuckles swept against soft, fine fur. All the while, Blondie sat transfixed, watching each and every movement of Kaiba’s practiced, steady hands.

It was Kaiba who broke the silence.

“It’s foolish of you, to fight here. You don’t have a clue what you’ve gotten yourself into.”

Between work deadlines and wedding planning, the next chapter of Blondie might be a bit delayed. It is in progress!!! But I don’t want to rush this story along. I’m off this next week, so I hope to finish it at some point during that time!!
