Pokémon Meta Fire Red X and Y

Patch Base:  MrDS Attack and Decap ROM Base

This ROM hack is a project created and dedicated to the facebook group; Pokémon Elites.

Following the original Pokémon Fire Red storyline with a lots of twists.

The hack includes:

Pokémon from Generations I to VII.

Items, Abilities, and moves update from Gen IV to Gen VII.

NDS Pokémon and Trainer Sprites.

Repel System, IV-EV Checker, Stat Indicators, and more.

Updated mechanics from Gen VI added (Exp Share, Exp. Catch, Critical Hit update)

Day and Night System and Overworld Clock.

Shiny Encounter. With the encounter chance cut to 1/4096, it will become 1/1356 while holding a Shiny Charm.

Mega Evolutions, Legendary Forms, Accurate Egg moves, Stats, and up to date movepool, etc.

Slightly increased difficulty upon story line.

And many more!!

This hack is splitted into two ROMs to make the wild Pokémon and Events a lot more organized.

After the league, you come to battle the new challenger. The Admin Trials!

With this event set on a special island, you will have the chance to face the Pokémon Elite Admins and the selected members on a Pokémon Battle!

BUGS:

Fishing Rods could crash the game.

Reshiram cry is broken. It was a very high, error pitch. Be warned.

Opening the menu while on Safari Zone does some strange thing. It might removed your bike. So beware.

Breeding with Destiny Knot does absolutely nothing. 50/50 chance the game would crash, so better not use it.

Life Orb, Black Sludge, and Rocky Helmet currently does nothing [mrds patch issue]

Mega Evolution loads the curse particle instead of Mega Evolution icon. Also, the opponent Mega Pokémon does not chance their appearance when Mega Evolving (although, they are on their Mega Forms)

Iron Plate has no effect.

Pokémon from Gen IV to VII, as well as the forms and Megas, does not have an appropriate cry.

My first attempt to create a hack of Pokemon Game

Hi! PufferJumps here. ^_^

This is my first post here. Nothing special really. I just wanted to try Tumblr (lol)

Anyway. This is Pokemon Meta Fire Red. It’s just a normal Pokemon Fire Red with upgrades and better sprites. All are from Pokecommunity and some from Deviantart. This game is completely free to download and is not for sale (although I know you probably knew that >o< )

I have no clear reason why I try to mod a game. But hey, since you’re here why don’t you check it out? If you have time, that is; or share it if you like, - because sharing, is caring. x)
