right now I wish I was dozing off while listening to a bedtime story being softly read aloud to me by someone who sees me & cares for me like I’m their own little daughter :(

I wanna have a “daddy-daughter” day with someone. I wanna start the morning at our little local diner, where you cut up my food without a second thought and share fun stories from your childhood. Then we’d go on a short hike, where you’d tell corny dad jokes while I pick pretty flowers to surprise you with, only to get gently scolded for not staying close and holding your hand. And finally we end the day with ice cream on the ride home, while you tap a gentle tune on the wheel, occasionally glancing over to make sure I’m not making a mess ♡

domestic ddlg has my entire heart. doing things for me because you think i'm too little to do them myself. helping me get dressed. tying my shoes for me. spoon or fork feeding me. holding my hand when we cross the street. ordering for me. making decisions about where we are going or what we are doing. fastest way to my heart i swear.
