I have a shirt up somewhere that I made back in the day. acrylic charms would have been doable/appropriate, but I'm not sure if it'd be worth doing a whole order for them.

Hi! I stumbled across your blog because I found Phantom Capsule and wanted to make some crafts and play it. It looks like a couple of files are unavailable from the links on your old blogspot, I was wondering if you could share them again? Thanks!

oh man blast from the past. I'll have to do some digging to see if I can find the original rulebook but it looks like all the papercraft templates are still up. I should collect them all and put them on BGG for posterity when I get the chance.

just going off memory I can try and give a rules summary though.

Each player starts with a little guy and a command module with a bunch of energy pips in the battery pool there.

game plays in rounds. at the start of the round you distribute the pips to the different functions, like movement, weapons, speed etc. I believe Shield let you regenerate shield tokens?

then you compare both all units and monsters speed and put their player markers in order on the order line to determine player order.

then you take turns. on the monsters turn you roll a d6 to find out what they do. there's also calls for 'random direction' you can just add arrows to all sides of a d6 to roll for that.

for combat I think I had it so you lose energy when you take damage but I hate that, so don't use that. Maybe the enemy damage number is how much energy you need in your SHIELD function to deflect the attack if you don't have a shield token up, if you get hit with inadequate shielding your dude is dead.

since im now brainstorming rules, could try having it so each time you use a function on your turn you discard an energy token from that function pool, so you could use the same function multiple times if you put enough juice in it.

Monsters will move towards their goal and win by destroying it or all your units.
