I've never watched Gotham, but after reading (part of) Jerome's wiki I have decided that I must watch it, and I already know he's going to be my favorite character lol

I think I maybe made this one a bit too colorful to the point it's a little bland in an attempt to make it match so I could go to bed but idk, I had fun making I'll try and make another of him tomorrow, if anyone has any feedback it's very appreciated
