🍃🪵🪴๋࣭ ⭑ Park Adventure w/ Papa

If my papa and I weren’t long distance and we could go to the park together, I imagine him packing a super filled ‘tiny bag’ stuffed with every little thing he thinks I might need: a first aid kit, a bunch of snacks, a pacifier, a bottle, a comfort toy, to name a few.

He would make sure we held hands the whole walk to the park. A firm grip on my fingers in pure worry. The last thing he’d want is to lose sight of me. You never know where a tiny pup might run off to, I imagine he’d think.

Papa would set up our perfect picnic spot, making sure I was within sight while I ran around the climbing frame, waiting for him to join me at the playground. He would have to fight the urge to tell me to be extra careful with every step I take.

He would then chase after me, following wherever I take him across the park - playing catch, swinging, building castles in the sand pit. We would pick flowers and show them off to each other. I’d put one behind his ear because I know he’d look so cute. He’d ruffle my hair and call me silly for calling him pretty.

Eventually, we’d tire ourselves out, going back to the picnic spot he had set up. Papa would have sandwiches prepared, with some berries, and sweet snacks on the side. Capri-sun to drink alongside our meals, too. We would eat together, talking occasionally but mainly just enjoying each other’s presence in silence as a way to recharge after all of the activities.

We’d finish eating and papa would ask if I was ready to go home. I’d say yes, knowing I had a nice warm bubble bath and cuddles in bed coming my way.

They make sure to keep their love company throughout it all, holding hands on walks, even carrying them on their shoulders, or sitting by their open window together, tiny in their lap, breathing the air in.

>> is very crafty: making anything out of mere scraps for his baby’s amusement. From silly masks to balloon animals, he can create whatever his baby asks for, even taking up sewing to further his abilities and trying to hand-sew soft toys for his angel.
