Cradling a red haired doll close to her chest, she paused as she came across the tall, fallen star. She blinked once, and then, twice. Then, smiling with a shimmer in her innocent green eyes, she greeted him.

“Hello mister! You kind of look like that nice man from my dreams! My name is Amy Bell!”

Extending her tiny hand out to the Fallen Star, she waited patiently.

A supernatural radio host deal maker who’s dubbed themselves “Puppet Radio”, they spend each and every day on their radio station talking to viewers of their show, granting them wishes at a cost. If you fail to meet the cost… who knows what will happen to you?

Warnings/Character Notes: This character acts as the main antagonist. Their true name is unknown. They curse others when granting their wishes, and if they can meet the deal's conditions, they're allowed to live. If they fail to meet the deal's condition, they/part of them die and a doll is created in their image.

◛ S-Tier Costume: Rooftop Junkie [ Rui Kamishiro - @little-wonderhoy ]

An odd high-schooler who listens to the puppet radio station instead of going to class. They’ve been a long time listener ever since the station first began to air, but have never been brave enough to call in…

Warnings/Character Notes: This character acts as the protagonist of the story. They’re a high schooler who spends their school hours on the rooftop.

This character is suicidal and dies at the end of the story. This character also mentions an abusive household and is noted to be emotionally abusive towards others. This character is connected to Poem Panic. This character calls the Puppet Radio and makes a deal with them, and later has a doll made in their image.

◛ A-Tier Costume: Poem Panic [ Emu Otori - @little-wonderhoy ]

A high-schooler star student, student council president and more. Enjoys writing poetry in her spare time, however… some words are better left unsaid. Like “I love you.”

Warnings and Character Notes: This character is a classmate of Rooftop Junkie, and has suppressed romantic feelings for them. This character also has all A’s and is very kind and popular.

This character suffers from unrequited love and is inflicted with “poem panic” for a major of the story. This character is connected to Rooftop Junkie. This character called the Puppet Radio and made a deal with them. This character receives a doll made in Rooftop Junkie's image at the end of the story.

◛ A-Tier Costume: First Sounds [ Marise - @idv-ask-the-train-conductor ]

A high-schooler who was deaf from birth. They desired to know what the world sounds like, and the Puppet Radio granted their wish.

Warnings and Character Notes: This character was originally deaf, but through the assistance of the Puppet Radio, they were granted the chance to hear the world around them for the first time.

This character was approached by the Puppet Radio and made a deal with them. They managed to make their deal and lived consequence-free.

◛ A-Tier Costume: Digital Hallucination [ Beth Anastazja - @ask-idv-baker ]

A gas station worker who is sick of having to live paycheck by paycheck in an unrewarding job, and wishes they could just spent all day on the internet, never having to worry about money, rent, or even food. So, they called the Puppet Radio to make a deal.

Warnings and Character Notes: This character is a grown-up and works at a gas station in the middle of nowhere. Having to live paycheck to paycheck with little room for any type of enjoyment.

A nameless nobody who loves and loves. I love you. I love you a lot. I love you, but I'm not sure how to say it, and it makes me sick. Can the Puppet Radio help me find what I'm looking for?

Warnings and Character Notes: This character is a young adult who is in love with someone but can't bring themselves to say it. They work a nameless job, live a nameless life, and have nothing overly interesting or important going on for them.

This character suffers from unrequited love and is mentioned to stalk their love interest. This character called the Puppet Radio and made a deal with them. This character failed to meet their deal in time, was rejected by the person they loved and was arrested by the police for stalking and harassment, and had a doll made in their image.

There's nothing you should desire more than adoring fans! Many cute, funny, and loving fans... that's all we should be asking for! There has to be a way to achieve what you want, no?

Warnings and Character Notes: This character is a faceless influencer who craves popularity and recognition of the fans out there, to the point she'd do anything for it.

This character is obsessed with the idea of fame and popularity, to a dangerous level. This character called the Puppet Radio and made a deal with them. This character failed to meet their deal in time, was killed by an obsessed fan, and had a doll made in their image.

A nameless face who does nothing but cry day in and day out. If you're not careful about what you wish for, you might drown in your own sorrows and never feel again. But, ... would that really be so bad?

Warnings and Character Notes: This character is a faceless person who is very overly emotional, and struggles to regulate their emotions to the point they're known as a crybaby.

This character experiences bullying and name-calling. This character called the Puppet Radio and made a deal with them. This character failed to meet their deal in time, "drowned" in their own sorrow and lost the ability to feel any emotion, and had a doll made in their image.

A nameless face who longs to escape their day by day life in order to explore who they really are. However, life is too expensive to enjoy it. However, maybe one call can change your fate…?

Warnings and Character Notes: This character is a nameless face who often daydreams about traveling the world via car, but can’t financially afford to do so.

This character is a human who's responsible for connecting calls and assisting the Puppet Radio, as well as fulfilling the punishments for the failed deals. They desperately wish to escape, but don't wish to leave their friend behind. However, due to them being stuck for thousands of years, unable to die still bound to a contract, they have developed a negative, nearly nihilistic view of life. However, their will to continue comes from their dearest friend.

A worker for the radio station that hosts the Puppet Radio. Fantasy... can only survive with an underlying reality. Reality, that is the stillness buried beneath the illusion.

Warnings and Character Notes: This character works for the Puppet Radio who follows the Puppet Radio mindlessly.

This character is a human (although they are akin to a doll at this point) who's responsible for connecting calls and assisting the Puppet Radio, as well as fulfilling the punishments for the failed deals. They no longer have the ability to think for themselves and often relies on "Mesmerizer // Stay Awake" for everything. They're extremely childish and positive, almost overly optimistic.

"They said they could help me find him... and I can't take working with Mister Roy anymore... he makes me feel so scared..."

“He’s gone…! H-He’s gone and Mister Roy said he won’t come back!”

Tears poured down her face as she hiccuped, aggressively trying to wipe her tears away. Sniffling, she clinged onto his sleeve with shaky hands.

“I-I don’t want to wait for him. I want to find him! He’s… uhm… what does the grown ups call it? Missing?”

Pulling out a neatly folded piece of paper from her pocket, she sniffled. He recognized that, it was an invitation letter to the manor. So they did invite a small child here after all…

Clinging onto her doll closely, she nervously swayed from side to side. Looking at the floor, she mumbled. Gripping onto the plushie tightly, she sighed, and sniffled.

"Uhm... I've been okay... I miss him a lot though... my dad. I miss watching the behind-the-scenes for the show while having warm afternoon tea... I miss that sense of normality..."
