Not only is Mohg a brilliantly designed fight, I think it's also a show of shameless commitment to the game's own bullshit. It's refreshing after playing uncharted 4, which is so ashamed of being a fun pirate adventure and feels the need to downplay the whimsy with self aware humor, to be presented a zesty demigod with horns that lights sprays of blood on fire without a shred of faux self-awareness. I've heard Kojima games have the same degree of shameless commitment and I can't wait to try death stranding.

yeah actually we removed the big bad wolf from the little red riding hood story because portraying violence against minors is really messed up. yeah. yeah also the wolf narrative was really predatory and had had some icky grooming vibes and a fable meant for literal children shouldn’t have implied p*do shit and grape so now little red riding hood goes into the woods and nothing happens and she goes to grandma’s house. don’t worry our kids will still stick to the path and know not to follow to wolves implicitly because we told them to and children should always do as their told. just like little red riding hood does now.

Unrelated, Best Boy Hank Green made a cute, no subscription, not invasive and full of malwares app.

It's a cute lil app that helps you step away from your phone and leave it alone for a time you set, to stay away from distraction. If you pick up the phone, the knitting lil bean loses all of his knitting... So if you say "I'm setting down my phone for half an hour so I can efficiently clean the table and bag up the trash" it helps resisting the call of the screen. Because you can't make the bean sad. The bean is too cute.

A little girl in my 4th grade class came up to me after recess and said, “I got married at recess!” and I said “Oh?
