I realized I never made an official post for this, so for any who don’t already know; Raine has officially been removed from this blog. You’ll be able to find them now on their single-muse blog @scngbard​. And, with that said, this blog will also be full on hiatus (and this time I mean it xD). You may refer to my pinned post for exact details. It will be awhile before I begin work on my new multimuse, though, as I want to take time to focus on both Raine and Elsa ( @vinterdronniing​ ). But, I promise, I won’t be gone forever from my multimuse! Until then, see ya on the other side! <3

I promise I'll be returning here soon! Things have just been emotionally rough and weird as of late, and I have v little energy or inspiration to do a whole lot rn. But, I promise I'm alive and I haven't completely disappeared!! <3

Luz would absolutely be afraid of the dark in their Madrigal AU. So used to having some form of light around them or simply being able to conjure light on a whim, they've never actually been IN the dark. So, when they have that small time when they all have lost their powers and actually has to face the dark for a night (or however many days/nights it took to rebuild Casita), she'd have to sleep with a light of some sort.

Just realized for Luz's Madrigal au, among everything else that would be weighing on her mind given that their world would have been entirely flipped upside down when Bruno returns; there'd be that point where they'd be stuck in this state of not knowing how to refer to either Agustín or Bruno.

For majority of their life, they had seen Agustín as their father. He had been that father figure in her life, and until that point believed he was her father. Then on the flip side, they know little to nothing of Bruno and don't have that same bond (yet) that calling him their papá doesn't feel right.

The way her heart fluttered at those words – had she ever felt so happy? Truly happy, that is. In her life, she has had moments of happiness; fleeting, always wanting of more, something substantial. Whenever she was with Raine, she felt that overflowing happiness. Just as she did right now.

“ Mi felicidad … ”

Her voice was a soft whisper when she spoke, hands giving theirs a small squeeze as they held on to one another. More flowers bloomed around those that had already sprouted around them – filling the space almost entirely. To think, all this time, Raine had felt the same way as she … & she almost had to marry someone else. But now, she didn’t. Now, she could be with who she wanted to be with. & that person was Raine.

Isabela was glad she had enough courage to say something, or else who knows if she ever would have heard those wonderful words fall from the other’s lips. For her – all for her. Sure, the Encanto were all ‘enamored’ with Isabela, but this was different. Raine was the only one who had ever SEEN her– even if it was only bits & pieces. & now she could truly be herself around them, without fear of needing to seem perfect. Because Raine never cared about that, to begin with, did they?

Cuz fnaf on the brain (mostly thanks to Sal), I might've figured out smth for one of Raine's fnaf aus. They're the lead animatronics maintenance worker who, while able to work on all animatronics, particularly specializes with working on DJ MM. Such a big guy requires a lot of attention and they're always working on updating his music database to stay current with whatever happens to be the biggest hits. They're also one of the few (if not the ONLY one) who is somewhat aware that the animatronics are more sentient than they should be. Or, at least is aware their personalities have managed to extend beyond their original programming.

Raine overall h a t e s Fazbear Entertainment, but their love and care for the animatronics is essentially what keeps them there. No one else cares enough past their pockbooks to look after each animatronic, so Raine does their best to do so themself and tends to treat them all as individuals rather than hunks of metal and wires.

I can't remember if I actually explained Luz's gift in their Madrigal AU, so HERE YA GO! Their gift is light manipulation/creation! (Hehe cuz I like canon callbacks) So, Luz has the ability to conjure balls of light or redirect light as they please. They can also make lights brighter or softer if they so wish. But, it's also tied to their emotions a bit, too. So if they're super happy or excited, the lights in the room might get a bit brighter, or they might even give off a faint glow themself. On the flip side, however, if they're incredibly upset or bothered by smth, they unintentionally sort of 'steal' light. The room or area growing darker or the lights sputtering out entirely. This also has a similar effect on their door. Where the markings shine brighter when they're happy, but dims and dulls a bit when they're down. Not quite in the same way when the miracle begins to falter though. There's a distinct difference.

Ngl. I've been thinking of possibly making f.na.f aus for some of my muses, and have ideas for some of them, but wasn't sure if I should or not. Now that Mizzy has gone and made two for Buster now... I wanna do it. QHDKAHDKA

Just stuck thinking of Luz's daughter of Bruno au and the fact that she'd also befriend all the rats that live in Casita. They can't say why they had started to come up to them when they had been small nor do they remember when it had started, but Luz has ALWAYS been a friend to them. She names each and every one, can easily tell them all apart, and yes. Yes, they do carry them around either in their pockets or on their head/shoulders.

Sal got me thinking of just a default verse setting for Luz's daughter of Bruno encanto au. Where things follow the same general premise, but where she believes she's Julieta's daughter and the youngest sister to Isabela, Luisa, and Mirabel. Bruno having been a single father (for whatever reason) had done his best, but Julieta usually the one to help out the most, so by the time Bruno disappeared, Luz having only been 4 y/o at the time would only have vague memories of him but be far more familiar with Julieta and family. So... if just made sense to raise her with Mirabel, and to keep up the act of Luz being their daughter. Save them from the pain of learning that their father had just disappeared. But, again, due to Mirabel, Camilo, and ofc Antonio all be part of that younger tier of the Madrigals... they all believe in that lie, too. Only the older family members and kids would know the truth, but it's a well guarded secret. No one talks about Bruno anyway, so...

Just your daily reminder that when Raine loves someone, whether platonically and romantically, they love deeply. When they fall for someone, they fall hard. There is no in between space for them. It's all or nothing. Which is both a blessing and a curse. They'll love unconditionally, but this can end up only causing harm to them in the long run when it backfires.

Just realized (again) that in their encanto au, Raine would have to deal with their gender dysphoria more than usual. They'd still 100% chest bind as often as they can, but those days would still very much hit. Esp when they have to take a break from their binding. It's uncomfortable and leaves them far more anxious than usual, and you shouldn't be surprised if you don't see them around often on those particular days.
