This big boi fascinates me more than he has any right to. A doctor who looks like a fat grub, grunts like a gorilla, and scuttles around on the ceiling like a cockroach as he tends to his “patients.”

There doesn’t seem to be a whole lot of food stored in the hospital, and although the Doctor is never shown eating anything, I can take a guess that he isn’t very picky and probably doesn’t like seeing all that perfectly good flesh turned to ash in the crematorium.
