the best thing you can do for yourself is focus on yourself and your own healing. not the past; it happened. focusing on the future will make you anxious and could make you scared. you are on no one’s timeline but your own. the good days and the bad days are perfectly normal. you are not a failure. you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. trust the process.
