they lied about being half-romani, and this is something they've been telling people since they were eleven. someone found out and urged them to come clean, and they finally did a decade later

its also worth saying that the anon that told him to confess was trying to dig up sensitive information about dean to get back at them in a terfy way, which is an upsetting fact on its own since the anon didnt have good intentions like they made it seem

all of this is really messed up, especially to actual romani people, their friends and the people that trusted them

i personally wont be speaking to adina anymore if they decide to make a new account. racefaking isnt something i can just ignore or forgive. i hope they take a long break from the internet and learn from their mistake so they can move on with their life
