A Letter From Past Me, One Year Ago
Dear FutureMe, I hope that you have fulfilled our dream of wandering the world, doing good deeds to those who need your help. You're a great human being and I hope you are taking good care of yourself just as much as you take care of others. I bet you've written more lines to our anthem, our purpose to love and be loved until love is lost. Maybe you've changed the 'lost' part to something more beautiful and vibrant and lasting. I bet you have. I think at this point you're also a really great cook and can do a dinner party with five courses. I can't wait to taste all the bread you've learned to bake. I know all our friends are so happy when we bring them gift baskets of love packed with their favourite treats and a loaf of home-made bread. Do you still dance or have you switched over to practicing martial arts? Right now as I'm writing this, I'm making plans to patch up our second pair of dance shoes. The poor dears have been through so much for us. Fingers crossed you've gotten better at DIY and repair work! Kiss whoever you're in love with for me. They are so worth it. I have the receipts from today's thrift store haul and the movie concessions but did not file them. I should have taken time today to do so. Tomorrow after breakfast I will find and file all receipts. I also will look up ways to earn more money.

Thoughts for the day:
I lazed in bed reading fanfiction instead of doing a workout and let myself lapse in counting calories when I ate a snack at work. If I had gotten up and changed into my workout clothes first thing, this would've set a better tone. Tomorrow I will put on my clothes first thing and get myself out the door before playing or reading. I will also take a picture of anything I haven't made myself to remind me to guesstimate the calories later. And I will enter a guess for today's calories.
I bought BC a Regal Unlimited subscription. If I had gone to the movies with him instead, I would've saved the money and tracked it. Tomorrow I will enter in the money spent after my morning run. I will also put a reminder to cancel his and my account in 50 weeks. To make the most of it, I will plan movies into my schedule at least twice a week.
I browsed Reddit instead of reading my book. I should have focused on work and read my book as a break when I needed it. Tomorrow I will delete Joey off my phone and read my book after I track my spending. I will also brainstorm projects to try during my run. I will write these notes down directly after my run.
