Is Quinn a vampire? The lyrics of Creature Feature (which we know Quinn wrote about Drain) talk about "The monster you mad of me" and since we know Drain's a vampire, the only thing he could make someone is another vampire. Quinn also refers to Drain as "Creator". Plus, the only clear reflection we see in the comics is from the witch mirror thing, and he's always looking at himself on his phone, could it be that he can't see himself in mirrors?
