I think it's time... to reveal the card designs that were part of the zine merch!

I don't have the money to get a physical copy right now, and I know they are limited anyways but is there any chance of a digital copy becoming available for purchase at a later date?

Hello Anon!

In short, yes! The zine will be available for digital download after a currently undetermined amount time has passed.

Additionally, there are still 16 copies of the physical zine and 5 copies of the major arcana decks available for purchase on our store, so there is still time for you to get that physical copy.

Mark your calendars! In a little over a week, pre-orders for Nisshoku, the QDS Anthology Zine, will be available. Supporters can expect seeing a physical copy of the zine for purchase as well as a deck of QDS themed major arcana tarot cards.

We are terribly sorry that we were not able to follow our initial schedule. As you may recall, zine mailouts were scheduled to have been done on Dec 18th. We have since reworked it, and there will be an update tomorrow about when to expect pre-orders. Thank you for understanding.

Lastly, we showcase Roald Seth ( @roaldseth ). The attention to detail is the peak of his style. Though the art draws from realism, it still knows it's a painting, giving it a unique quality. He has contributed three pieces total, two illustrations and a fic.

Here we showcase Zurere Ruby ( @komarinstar )! She brings a collage of elements to highlight and advance the viewer's focus. She uses solid shading, strong lines, and simplified forms giving it a pleasing cartoony impression. Her piece for the zine is a great addition.

Here we have @laurencin-draws with a marvelous contribution. The usage of soft colors and flowing gestures give her work a whimsical feature where the gaze recognizes that there is a certain reason to it. The piece she has contributed something magical.

Today’s highlight is dedicated to Enter Yoshitsune. His vast mix of techniques and brushes creates an eye catching blend of element interaction. He has contributed two pieces to the zine, but interesting and appealing.

Today we take a break from our teasers for a big announcement! The QDS anthology zine now has a name. 

「日食」(Nisshoku), or “Solar Eclipse,” is what this zine will officially be titled as. The kanji used to create the word combines “sun” and “eating.”

Here’s to highlighting @marudyne. The usage of soft, delicate color variation within the chalky shading leaves the eye more than pleased. They have contributed five iconic pieces to the zine, and everything comes together brilliantly.
