Taking the idea from Queen Alysanne, Aurelia has what is known as 'women's courts', in the North. Any woman, whether it be high or low born, has a chance to come and speak about their grievances to the Queen in the North. While she doesn't have as much power as Jon because she is a consort, he listens to her and passes laws based on her words to help keep the women of their kingdom happy and safe. While she was not received with a warm welcome from the people, understandably so as she was Iron born, this is one of the things she does that makes her loved by her people. The women, at the very least. And the men who listen to their wives respect her. Cus. She is a girl's girl

To everyone's shock (most of all Jon's), Aurelia is the more clingy of the two. Not in public of course, but in private. She's like a cat tbh. She always asks him to join her in her bath, trains with him, you know beats him in every spar. Jon loves it. He especially loves it when she cuddles up next to him after a long day. Do not be fooled. This is only in private.

I just know at the end of the series when Jon is captured by Grey Worm Aurelia actually has a fit of rage. Like she actually loses it and the fact that the Unsullied want him exiled?? No. None of those guys are surviving Aurelia

The northmen who don't necessarily agree with Jon marrying her-she could care less. She is queen, not them, and she commands this sort of respect, people just do not want to cross her, and that's probably a smart idea.

Even though the couple got eloped, after everything goes down they both decide to have a proper wedding, just a small ceremony with close friends and family. So at least they can celebrate together
