Queen - A Night at the Odeon
This album has the full concert from the 1975 show at the Hammersmith Odeon, with this release being in 2015
A really cool concert and one of my favourites, having lots of songs from the first 3 albums as well as Bohemian Rhapsody, with lots of the more obscure songs making their last appearance
I love this rendition of “White Queen” with its beautiful piano and guitar solo. The piano medley is also excellent, showing how clever they are at making the songs flow together seamlessly
The outfits from the show are great too and embody the early Queen aesthetic perfectly . Great record and definitely one of my favourite parts of my collection

Queen - At the Beeb
A collection of demos recorded in 1973, with this record being released in 1989
The demos are all songs from the first album (and ogre battle from the second) which is one of my favourite albums and an era of queen not often represented in later releases
The demos themselves are excellent and it’s fun to notice little differences, such as Roger singing a verse in Doin’ alright instead of Freddie
Very cool release and very happy to own it

Todays finds from a record store :
Queen - Another One Bites the Dust / Dragon Attack
David Bowie - Starman
Tbh I mostly bought AOBTD cause of dragon attack on the B side - that song slays more than it has the right to
Tomorrow I’ll post some more interesting things from my collection

Queen - Live at Wembley ‘86
First post! So here’s one of my holy grail finds.
So, this is not your everyday live at Wembley vinyl. I thought it was when I found it but after some research turns out it’s a polish only release (bootleg?) made a long time after the original.
It plays great and it’s pretty cool to have a basically brand new copy, lacking the usual scuffs on the disc. I found this for £25 in a small record store in London which was very exciting, as I never thought I’d see one of these in the wild (and especially for that price)
It’s hard to say what it’s worth, but I saw a similar polish copy sell for around £120. The original is worth about £220 and is very sought after!
Very cool to own.
