[ Hi guys! I started working at a new job this monday, so as of this week I’ll be working 5 for the new company as well as 1 day for my current job on saturday.

“ are you going to walk home with me today? ”

The question, truthfully, had caught him off guard. Peter’s plan was to rush home after school and suit up in order to fight some crime - or at least help out some old people on the streets. He didn’t even realize he had been staring at Gwen for a couple of moments longer than was probably considered normal. “Uhm, yeah. Yes, of course.” Perhaps not the best respond in the world, but he figured the point would come across. The answer was definitely yes. “Ready when you are.”

As someone who spends a decent amount of time studying, Peter certainly didn’t mind letting someone join the process, especially if it meant helping them out. He scooted over to make room for Wanda and opened one of the books that had been laying on top of a pile of homework. “No problem at all.” he replied, grabbing a pen and some paper. “Anything specific you’re having trouble with?”

“I don’t even know what I don’t know.”

In a way, Peter felt bad for not knowing how to handle a situation like the one that had presented itself. He had dealt with some terrible stuff in his life, such as loss, but nothing that even came close to everything Bucky had to go through. Truth be told, he was pretty certain he only knew a fraction of what had happened, which was enough to send shivers down his spine. “Must be because of what they did to you...” he spoke softly, and although he was trying his best not to sound like he was feeling sorry for Bucky, he was fairly certain it was obvious. “Do you think you want to remember?”

  Not that he’d ever say Peter’s rants weren’t cool and amusing to listen to, but sometimes the shorter kid possibly did do on for slightly too long-

 “Pete” Harry quietly interrupted, lips quirking when it seemed he wasn’t heard. “Pete, Pete, Peter, Peter. Dude, you know I don’t mind this million words a minute thing you can do but you’re actually now repeating yourself”

   He quirked his head, eyebrows raising.

Usually Peter didn’t notice when he got a little bit too excited, which tended to result in rambling. The only way for him to actually realize he was doing it, was hearing it from one of his friends. He stopped speaking when he finally noticed Harry trying to get his attention. “Am I?” he questioned before sighing with a pleased expression on his face. “I can’t help it! This internship is just so exciting. Probably going to have to tell you again. Perhaps even twice.”

Loki blinked at the camera in bemusement, his brow furrowing as his gaze returned to the face of what seemed to him to be little more than a child. He drew himself up to stand a little taller. “I am not some show pony here to perform for your amusement.”

The fact that the other didn’t feel like being filmed was pretty clear to Peter, so he lowered the camera, feeling a bit nervous. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean it like that...” he replied as he turned off the camera. He watched as the red, blinking light quickly faded away. “Thor already warned me not to bother you. Just thought this could really add something to my video.”
