You guys, body/metabolism be going crazy, woke up today at 49.2 like what is that?
At this rate, if this keeps up (which I really hope it does I'm gonna be at 48 in no time. Hopefully tomorrow I hit that milestone although bf wants to go eat out some McDonald's and he probably wants me to eat some too.
Silver lining is that we got kfc some time ago and I got a small menu that was barely under 1000 and I didn't even eat the whole thing so you know a win is a win 👏🏻

So ever since my period started I've been eating and I mean a loooot of fast food and chocolate ( which tbh is weird cause I'm not really into chocolate but idk man). I'm pleased to say that I've only gained 1 kg cause on god I thought it was gonna be more....
Back on the grind girlies!!! Now with my period and cravings out of the way I should be doing just fine and finally manage to hit that first üĝẅ milestone

So yesterday I piged out ( and I mean it like I haven't ate this much ever I think) on Micky D's and yeah I felt disgusted but I've been so hungry lately and guess what??
My period is here now !! It all makes sense, especially the yo-yoing of my weight.
God finally I don't feel crazy anymore. (The past 3 days I've been crying non-stop)

This is unbelievable I just weighed myself after a bathroom visit and like still 49.1 ?!?!?!?! 😫😫😫
Yesterday I ate a few bites of cheese (100g had 371 cals and when I say a few bites I mean less that 100g) and tomato soup (that was 64 cals) and 2 slices of biscuit salami (~411 cals per 100g) and I refuse to believe just that is all my maintenance calories!!!!
Like what is going on you guys?? I need advice, help and an explanation..
If u have any of these to share pls do cause I feel very lost rn

Confession time
Yesterday I ate like a pig, like full on binge literally couldn't stop, felt like I wasn't in my own body.
Then that was the straw that broke the camel's back and I spiraled full blown mental breakdown.
At least after I calmed down and stopped crying I cleaned around the apartment and now my morning weigh in after a bathroom visit was 49.1 kg so I feel a little bit better.
Today I also have some more chores to complete so hopefully my fast today plus that should get me in the 48's

So as expected I gained a lil bit went from 48.8 to 49.2 in the morning.
The one thing that makes this a little bit better is that I didn't go number 2 so I got some stuck
We'll see how I weigh tmrw ig and I'll try to do my best today ( I usually do better during the week than in the wk)
