Just saying, the amount of conversations I've had with the conservatives at my shop that like, totally changed their view point because all they ever knew was chronically online liberals is ASTOUNDING. One of the guys went from being really transphobic to being super respectful of my trans coworker and having a whole new viewpoint on trans folk because he got to talk to a sane trans person, and not the chronically online ones who freak the fuck out the moment you slip up on their pronouns.

Going outside and talking to real humans in your communities and learning that its your responsibility to handle your own shit is absolutely astounding

All I gotta say... You ever wanna force people to go out into the real world and interact with real humans for a bit? Make them touch grass? Teach them what jokes are?

The world is full of so many nice things. Like grass and flowers and birds and bunnies. And yet you get the most terminally online people who so desperately need to log off and go experience it

babs and kara- normally Babs self propels but sometimes gals just wanna be silly :3 They'll gossip about their mentors and friends- they get to be dorks with each other. The first was actually a trad sketch i coloured on ibis paint. Babs has EDS, and due to her childhood of doing acrobatics, she has a lot of previous injury, and is an ambulatory wheelchair user. I met a girl at a concert that looked a lot like my sketches of Babs... hope that girls is having a nice day, she was really sweet.
