Saw this somewhere else & I’m curious about the demographic here on tumblr.
Obviously I can’t fit all 78 cards so here are the highlights. & I’ve grouped them together so feel free to specify in the tags which one is you!
Labrynthos & Biddy Tarot are is great resources for learning the card meanings!
#you know i voted for the fool & i do think that’s a big part of me#But i think I'm really a combination of all of the pages.#which I guess the more that i think about it- is really just the fool. lol

If you want it- tell me what blog url you want me to gift it to- and what badge you want.
If I don’t use the free one I get every month it just disappears & I already have all the ones I want

So today - in my psychic/medium circle we were talking about deities I had this realization that one of my first memories - a dream (as a maybe a 4 year old or younger) Was a deity or archetype. I had a lotof help figuring it out & it's so clear that it was Hel from norse mythology I haven't really worked with deities before in my witchcraft practice. Like I did build an alter to Odin one winter solstice after he showed up in a tarot spread- so It's pretty new to me in my own practice
so, Working with Hel as a deity:
An alter or offering doesn't feel right for Hel- service does.
Hel is the norse goddess of the underworld. She was given command over it by Odin and was accepted as queen. Everyone living was uncomfortable with Hel. Half of her looked alive & the other half looked dead. But she fit right in in the underworld - they weren't afraid of her. The dead welcomed her as their goddess 7 caretaker She's the high priestess. duality of life & death embodied. maybe the queen of cups too.
I do remember having like this calling to become a death doula. And just the tremendous feeling I felt when helping my grandma feel safe and loved enough to let go. And how much that bit from call the the midwife has stuck with me. Everyone deserves a good death.
I absolutely am not ready for that yet. I learned reiki like I wanted to- I would need more of a formal death doula education because there is a lot that goes into it.
So in the meantime, mediumship could be a service. working through my own shadow & fear with death i think is important. Transmuting fears - letting fears die
In my dream she was surrounded by spirits. and had this complete command over them. It looked scary but she wasn't scared.
I think it's about brining dignity to death. that is the sense of what is important to her- seeing though death shadow as a normal part of life.
